I was excited to try this coffee spot since it’s conveniently on my way to work, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady at the window was not friendly at all. When I ordered my drink, she immediately started making it without giving me a chance to ask for anything else. When she returned with my drink, I asked for a breakfast burrito, and she rolled her eyes. That kind of attitude is not what I want to deal with in the morning. I had hoped to make this my regular coffee stop, but I’d rather drive a little further to Gourmet Latte, where they’re always friendly and welcoming.

I ordered a Hawaiian Freeze and White Snickers, and they were both so sweet and probably not made right. The girl who was there said it was her first day. I am shocked that they had someone there alone on their first day. She went straight to a book on how to make the drinks but then just asked me to tell her what's in it and then she made them. I'm guessing she put too much flavoring inside. I have never been here, so I wanted to try it out. Unfortunately, my experience will send me to other spots.

I’ve been coming to Filbert Road Espresso for a while now and usually enjoy the Hawaiian Freeze blended, sometimes with a few custom tweaks. This time, I asked for it without macadamia nut and substituted hazelnut instead—and I clearly mentioned I wanted it blended before the drink was even made. Despite that, the barista (Alyssa) asked, “You want that iced?” I assumed “iced” meant blended, so I said yes. When I received the drink and saw it wasn’t blended, I kindly pointed it out, and her response came with unnecessary attitude: “That’s definitely not what it means.”

This is actually the second negative experience I’ve had with her. Last time I still left a generous tip, and this time she didn’t even hand me the iPad to leave one—which honestly I appreciated. As much as I’ve enjoyed the drinks in the past, the service has made it hard to come back. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but respectful communication is key.

Came to this little drive thru to get my daughters Coffee this morning and if I could give this place a 0 Star rating I would. I pulled on the wrong side of the window so I was happy enough to reposition me to get out of the way. The lady who’d taken my order was very inpatient, and overall rude. As we were leaving we’d noticed how differently and friendly she acted towards another customer that’d came after us. Don’t recommend this place and would not come again.

After 3 hours of driving I pass by and I wanted to try a new coffee shop. I ordered 4 different kinds, it was the worst experience ever it tasted horrible 😣 to much sugar & cinnamon. The girl looked mad and one of the cups was broken she changed it but she just added more ice instead of making a new one.

Woohoo. Stayed open this morning with the area power outage and had cold brew on hand for cold drinks. I could tell those ladies were cold, but they had beaming smiles and such positive energy for keeping business rolling. Thanks!

This is my favorite coffee place, the people are always so nice, and the coffee is amazing. Definitely would recommend as a regular spot to get a good drink.

I come to this stand multiple times a week! Always consistent, all of the baristas are always friendly, and their prices are the best! 🙌🏼😊
