I’ve always enjoyed coming to Café Tokki after school for desserts, and it’s been a regular spot for me. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience. I brought in food from the Korean restaurant next door, which I’ve done before without any issues, and my friends and I were just about to order drinks when the older man (owner) member rudely asked us to leave. Not only were we kicked out without any explanation, but it was done in a way that embarrassed us in front of other customers. It was upsetting and uncalled for, especially given how often I’ve supported this place.

This place is open late, expanded their menu options, and is super delicious. I find the mango/strawberry bingsu combo a perfect mix, the corn is always a great option. I recommend this place, very friendly service, quick, and high quality.

Ok this is the only place I’ve gotten bingsu at, but I think it’s pretty good. I’ll probably expand my horizons in the near future, but just going off of me never having bingsu before and having it here, I’d recommend it. The vibe inside is nice and it’s an aesthetic looking + clean place. They have some good flavors too (mango, strawberry, oreo, red bean, etc). The serving size is pretty massive, although I’ve been able to finish it on my own when I go (but then I’m usually full for the rest of the day lol).

Terrible service and false adds.
I asked for green tea bingsu with red been on top but I was told they don't have on menu.
The picture right by door showed green tea shave ice but Terry or Telly ( a female staff) said it's just a showing of the base of shave ice and can not be ordered.
So I showed a picture of matcha strawberry from Google review and asked if I can request without strawberry, I was told no.
What is wrong with this place!?
I ended up ordered rad bean shave ice but shave ice has no taste.
It was just waste of money.
My coworker suggested this place but major disappointment.
I just wanted to treat my self after hard worked week but ended up with full of stress dealing with terrible customer service.
Should have gone to LUMI instead.
Tokki? No thank you. Never again.

Cutest bakery ever. Came for a quick treat after dinner. Fresh made Fish Buns with traditional and unique fillings. Got red bean. Bingsu looks legit and love the decor. The only thing I don't like is the gossipy loud people that seem to frequent this place which kills the vibe a bit. Prices are comparable to the area.
