I like B3 for a good brunch spot with family or friends. I've been coming here periodically for years. I like their mimosas, the mango is nice and sweet. The savory chicken & waffles are super yummy paired great with over medium eggs.
I really wish they stayed open later in the day so I could come eat here more often. It's hard to male it before 3 pm sometimes. But I'm glad I made it for this sunny day.

Came to this laid-back, casual restaurant for a late breakfast, and loved it. The place has a friendly and airy atmosphere, the service is attentive and friendly, and the food is very good! Good variety of items on the menu as well. Plenty of tables and seats, and lids of free parking outside. Recommended!

10/10 restaurant! I got the famous combo with the waffle, the waffle was amazing and so flavorful. My fiance got the chicken French toast, the best French toast I’ve ever had. The fried chicken was hot and crispy. The service was 10/10 and the server was so helpful and even sent us home with an extra side of gravy. We got seated immediately and the food came out fast and hot. Only complaint is the parking is a limited and very small. Overall 10/10 would come here again!

This is my second trip to this place, and it is basic good food with huge portions. It is way better than Denny's and IHOP.

The chicken and waffles are made using a cornbread base instead of the usual, so a bit different.

It's worth a try and, again, sharing plates will cut down the prices a bit.

This is our regular breakfast spot and we love it! Been coming here for about 4 years regularly. The food is always delicious and the coffee is always hot. I get the same thing (Swedish pancakes are my jam!) and they know me so well now they put my order in as I'm being seated (looking at you, Bria). The whole staff is friendly and attentive.

Lovely brunch spot in Lynnwood with delicious food options and a great friendly staff.
We got the fried chicken french toast and the pork belly biscuit with sausage gravy and eggs. This also came with home fries .
The home fries however was not seasoned at all so we had to put a lot of salt and pepper on it to make it edible but it was definitely well cooked.

The prices are a little steep but the portion size makes up for the price . We definitely had to get a couple of to go boxes.

Overall a decent brunch spot and will recommend this to all the locals

This experience was great, food there was amazing and service was amazing We ordered the mount Ranier waffle, banana Nutella crepe and the avocado toast with some truffle fries. Service there was amazing we didn't have to wait much, The fries were the best part, all the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back here agian, Highly recommend.

Friendly staff quickly greeted us to seat us and wait staff came around and answered any questions and took our orders once ready. Food came out warm and the chicken and waffles were fantastic. Chicken has great breading and is moist white meat inside on a unique waffle with good butter and syrup and the sausage gravy is a must!
