Do not go here. They do not keep accurate records of the visitations and will not correct the record. This had to do with a safety issue on their property where restrained party stalked protected party.

Conversations with Brandon Moore, where he said, and this is a direct quote that I can provide the text message receipts for, "Once a report is submitted that's it. We make mistakes we don't capture every detail. That can happen. But we don't go back
and redo reports."
I responded by saying, "I'm not asking you to redo it. You can write an amendment
statement to be attached to the report. You can write a note to be attached. You can say.. Hey, we made a mistake in not including this and it was pointed out to us.
Rather than saying...We make mistakes but we don't leave a papertrail acknowledging those mistakes as a company wide policy."

The point of supervised visitation is to ensure that the child is being properly supervised, and the notes on that visitation must be accurate. This place does not provide that and apparently will not provide corrections to whatever report they decide to publish. Your report may have missing or incorrect details, and there's no standard process for Sno-King to ensure the accuracy.

This is the opposite of what you want if you find yourself in this situation. Your child is vulnerable. You are vulnerable as the protected party. There's no way to know if they're accurately detailing what happens when the restrained parent is in the company of the child, if they can't even accurately report on the parts of the visitation where there are other witnesses present.

Brandon went above and beyond for my daughter and he did it without questions. I am so appreciative to him and the facility, his patience, his thoughtfulness. We need more people like him in the world that are willing to help without blinking. Also the rooms were fabulous for kids.. so comfy and attention to details that makes kids abs families comfortable. Brandon was quick with responses, helpful coordinating and making a schedule work for everyone involved. His staff was also amazing! Everyone was so nice and respectful as well as very professional. I had recently been separated from my children. The court ordered me supervised visitation to see my four young children again. Believe me when I say it was very difficult to find a service available, communicative, and reliable. Brandon from Sno-King visitation got the ball rolling for me within a week of contact. Son-King visitation service, among several others that I’ve contacted, was the only one to get back to me with available supervisors. Brandon has been monumental, kind, and consistent to me for all 8 visits. I highly recommend Sno-King Visitation to anyone that needs to see their children again and wants to start a new life for themselves. Rates are very affordable.

Don’t mind the 1 star ratings that these people are marking on the reviews. They are either upset because they don’t get what they want or are highly controlling drunk individuals who are not even on the case. My experience so far with Sno-King has been a good experience. The Supervisor writes reports about everything the child/my son does and what is taking place pretty much by every minute. This company is organized and do the best they can to provide a schedule for the child involved. They don’t know the cases to our problems. They get the court order paper and fallow the guidelines provided by the judge. They make the best judgment for the well-being of the child and allow visits to be set accordingly. The reports are great, so that the judges and the other parent can see what they don’t know is taking place. It allows them to know how happy the child actually is and how well the parents is actually doing as a parent under supervision so when it’s time for a review the court can determine the best interest of your child. I’ve been using Sno-King for 2 weeks. I’ve had no issues with the business itself. Just the parent of my child. I would recommend Sno-King to a parent who wants a very organized report, and a company who thrives to set a schedule for you child.

I have been using Snoking for the past year and a half while I was waiting on a custody trial for my daughter. It was hard enough having to have a supervisor present while I saw my child but Cynthia at Sno-King made each visit at such ease. After spending so much time with her, she actually became a friend and we will miss her much. Brandon was always very responsive and always got back to me in such a timely manner all while coordinating visits with my ex. I highly recommend Sno-King for family supervised visits as they are amazing and went up to bat for me in court. I'm going to actually miss them!!!

Brandon is rude and unorganized. He has not sent rules as requested and when he was asked about gave a some line about how many cases he sees. He sent a text stating that he wasn't here to help win our case when all we wanted was a copy of the rules which he said he sent an email but has yet to get the email address in which to send them to. His services are far more expensive that other facilities that take better precautions for the safety and well-being of the children involved. I would not recommend this facility for your supervision
