Very quaint Thai restaurant located on busy Alderwood Mall Parkway, a couple of blocks from the Alderwood Mall.

We were drawn in due to the large amount of vegan options listed on their menu. In fact, most of the items on their menu can be ordered as vegan. We opted for a bowl of Tom Kha Soup, Broccoli Stir-Fry, and Pad Kee Mao. All of our dishes were seasoned very well and were very tasty. The portion sizes were good as well, between the dishes shown and a bowl or rice we ordered, we left feeling incredibly satiated.

The ambiance was lovely as well, very inviting.

If you're in the area, I definitely recommend you check them out. We can't wait to return to try more vegan options.

Small seating area with 3 four tops and 2 two tops. Wonderful food!! My veggies in my gluten-free pad see ew still had bite to them, which I adored. The bells cookies they offer had a chocolate vegan gluten free cookie that was light and fluffy.

Lovely little restaurant. Choices are simple but tasty, really feels like home. We ordered the green curry and four-course special, loved everything. Forgot to take a picture of the delicious mango dessert! It is one of the best I've ever tasted in these years.

What a fantastic little find. If you're looking for a local undiscovered gem of flavor and happiness, this has to be on your list of places to visit. Its small dining room hides huge flavor and innovation (especially with their eclectic house made ice creams!). The sauces and curries for everything are amazing, the meat so tender, the drinks so tasty, everything hit the mark. Thanks to Seattle Restaurant Week for introducing us to our new favorite Lynnwood restaurant!

No matter what, my family and I have always enjoyed our experience here. Being able to witness them grow their craft over the years, has been rewarding as a customer. The food and the service have always been top-tier, and the new additions are such a surprise!

They have now added homemade Ice Cream! Photographed below is a special flavor called “Spicy Caramel” - a sweet caramel ice cream, with a hint of enjoyable spice at the end; and there are many more to choose from! What’s refreshing is that unlike, many restaurants now they are always open to feedback- they listen to all comments and concerns, and will never fail to live up to standard.

I will always recommend this place, and I can’t wait to try more of the ice cream flavors.👀

We've been loyal customers of Chili Basil for years. Consistently, the food is fresh, flavorful and delicious. The service is always excellent whether we take it to go or eat in. There is one dish that is our favorite and when they were sold out, the chef took time to speak to us personally and suggest similar dishes we might like. After calling once, they will remember your name and remember what you like. After a minor issue, Supo Techagumthorn went far above and beyond to not only make it right, but to research what happened and inform me of the steps they were taking to ensure it never happened again. I was amazed at the level of professionalism, care, kindness and effort the issue was met with. This kind of service is incredibly rare. We can't recommend Chili Basil highly enough!

We’ve been coming to this wonderful family-run Thai restaurant for over a year now, and it never disappoints! Supo and his family are the most welcoming hosts, always greeting us with warm smiles and making us feel right at home.

If you’re a vegetarian, this place is a dream—there are so many delicious options to choose from! Their fried rice and Pad Thai are absolutely to die for, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection every time. But the real magic comes from Supo’s mom—her cooking is hands down the best Thai food we’ve ever had.

Whether you’re a longtime Thai food lover or trying it for the first time, this spot is a must-visit.
