Our room, on the freeway side of the building, was older and a bit run down. We were on the second floor and had no issues with noise from other guests. The breakfast, muffins, yogurt, coffee, juice, and fruit, was minimal but adequate. Nothing fancy, but it was adequate for one night.

Room was very clean, comfy bed, bathroom was sound insulated which is always great! Shower was hot and had good warer pressure. Perfect for an overnight, or a couple nights. Would gladly come back when the tulips are in bloom.

It’s in a perfect location if you plan to visit North cascades and other areas around there.
The rooms were clean but a bit congested which is fine. The rooms came with fridge, microwave, Tv, Ac units and of course the side lamps. The main downside of it is that the room had barely any open outlets to charge our phone. There was only one available so we had take turns. The beds were, we were so exhausted from our long hikes that we didn’t notice much discomfort I believe.

The bathroom was clean but due to some clog the water was draining slowly, and the wifi is quite unstable so cellular network seems to be your best option.

The location is great, near to many fast food chains and cute little downtown of Mt.Vernon. The breakfast is mainly some coffee, bottled OJ, and some Costco snacks. Have two trash cans one for recycling and other for trash which was good. It’s a budget friendly option.

The people at the front desk were so nice and friendly. Check in was quick but super pleasant. Free coffee. Lots of parking and restaurants nearby. Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches and coffee for breakfast was a super cool change from Grab & Go pastries and other motel breakfasts. The room wasn't bad for the price. Lots of updates, mostly clean, better than most other motels around the same price point. The atmosphere at the motel itself was chill... but it's just unfortunate about the nearby area. We wandered around for food after checking-in and across the highway was kinda sketchy. Not actually by or near the hotel itself, so no biggie.

NOT PET FRIENDLY - NOT PET FRIENDLY
Despite themselves on their website stating this exact quote: "Designated Pet Friendly Rooms Available with Daily Pet Fee"
Yeah no they don't. They only allow SERVICE animals, not all pets, not emotional support pets, ONLY service animals. Which doesn't even matter because they legally have to anyways. Oh and they can't legally charge you a fee for a service animal.

Cute family owned hotel. It's rare to see hotels that still have character these days. The staff was also incredibly kind. Will absolutely book here again

Good location, but rooms were not that clean, floors were filthy, 7 cords plugged into one outlet. Lights burned out. Need to pay more attention to maintenance and cleanliness.

It is a well-appointed, no frills, comfortable place to stay. Location is convenient, very central. Several places to eat very close. Shopping across the street. Contintental breakfast is barebones. Freeway noise not good, but better than expected. Freeway is right behind the hotel. Rooms are very clean, no frills. AC works well. Bathroom is huge, throne could be larger. Pretty nice place to stay. Staff is amazing sweet. You are family here. Very nice people.
