Let’s start with the positives: best staff! So friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was great - lots of options! ||Cons: the facility is a bit ….. tired. The regular beds were great but the fold out couch bed was so awful even my kids couldn’t sleep on it. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor which was a so-so solution. Beyond that, just lots of little shabby bits. However, I will say the everything was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again when visiting this area. The price was reasonable, the room has ample space, is very comfortable, staff are excellent. A couple of things might need attention are:

a) have the climate control work better, as we found it difficult to control temperature

b) add a hot pot of oatmeal and some bananas to the breakfast items.

Otherwise everything was perfect, and it is in a great location.

This was near all of the places we needed to be. The room & hotel were clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, I'm diabetic and there were plenty of options without being full of sugar. The pork sausage is definitely better than the turkey and there were some grab and go items as well. It was nice to have full size Dove toiletries in the room as well as makeup remover wipes. The room we were in does need some attention. One of the TV's would not stay on, but there were 2 so it was a mild annoyance at best. The USB's were broken but we made do with the outlets throughout the room. The outlets at the desk and nightstand could be a wee bit further apart so you could charge more than one item at each location.

The staff were amazing, Orey welcomed us on the day we arrived, very sweet and pleasant lady, gave recommendations for where to get the best Thai food and what to order and boy was she spot on! Sandra, Rebecca and Sean were amazing too! I love that the hotel was quiet and we had the pool to our selves most of the time we needed to use it. I noticed that the kitchen staff were checking to refill the breakfast tray frequently! The part I love most was that there was coffee 24 hours, always fresh and we had cookies in the evening with our coffee! That was the icing on my cake! Overall experience was 10/10. I will definitely be coming back here soon! Thank you Holiday Inn Lynnwood!!

Stayed here for a short family vacation to see some of what Seattle has to offer. We all enjoyed our stay, had a good sleep both nights and the boys always enjoy it when our hotel has a pool to burn off some energy. And the morning breakfast had something for everyone, a great way to start our days seeing the Seattle sights.

From the second I entered this hotel stay. I felt very comfortable and relaxed that honestly right from the beginning. That's what truly matters and will determine whether you will really have a good stay. So I appreciate all the coworkers that I ran into then. Would love to come back soon or to another hotel that is connected to my ihg rewards

We stayed here for an extended weekend in early April. It's about a half mile from the freeway in a relatively busy area but tucked away, off to the side and out of the way yet easy to get to; surrounded by trees and no imposing neighbors. We stayed in a room with a king bed. Room has modern amenities. Decor is a bit retro but is intentional.

Amenities:
Desk with dimable lamp, wardrobe, dresser, luggage bench, refrigerator, microwave, coffee staition with a Keurig, ironing board and iron, usb charing ports, LAN port, wifi repeater in the room (#307). Room also has accent lighting.
Continental breakfast with many (hot and cold) options.
Pool (hot tub is advertised but not in use)
Fitness room

Posatives:
*Very clean and welcoming
*Built in luggage bench large enough for two
suitcases.
*Coat hooks above luggage bench.
*Very comfortable bed! (maybe I was just very
tired and relaxed but I've never before sleep 8 1/2 hours
the first night in a hotel)
*Full blackout window blind (we were surprised
to see it was daylight when we opened it in the
morning)
*Very little surrounding room noise.

Negatives:
#Plumbing is a little on the noisy side. (but I've
experienced worse)
#Bathroom lighting is a bit harsh.
#Elevater is slow and there is only one.
#Hot tub was closed. Not it use.

Other:
Plenty of parking
Easy access to lobby from both front and back parking areas.
Not far from fast food, slow food, grocery and general retail.
15 minutes from Paine Field (ITL airport)

Conclusion:
This was an exceptional find. For a 3-night stay it was very comfortable, restful and resonably priced; we would definitely stay here again. If you are traveling in the Seattle area and looking for a place that's a little out of the way but not too far removed, I would highly reccomend ths one! I gave it four stars but I might even go 4.5.

This stay was a mix of business and leisure and the hotel was just right for this. I was able to make business calls over WiFi easily. Staff were helpful and accommodating when we had to make some adjustments to our dates of stay. I would recommend this Holiday Inn.
