My family stayed here for a couple weeks which was on a day to day basis for work. I have to say this place is great. The staff were amazing the young ladies at the front desk if you see this thank you! You ladies were so kind so friendly. The manager there was great he help my family out and we are greaful so if you see this manager thank you so much your hotel is wonderful!. The housekeeping were friendly tended to our needs.. This is probably the best hotel we stayed at not only friendly who are understanding, but the breakfast is hot breakfast with waffle maker and unlimited coffee, with indoor pool. It was a a great stay the prices is great very good price to stay. Thank you to you all at comfort suits in burlington wa. Yall need a raise 😊.

I will do my best to try to be objective in this review. While the hotel had much to offer, clean rooms, a nice breakfast in the AM, and decent service, we did encounter quite a bit of unnecessary noise during our stay, most likely from the individuals above us dining on take out pizza and box wine. Is this something the hotel has a ton of control over? Not necessarily, but at the same time the excessive noise was enough to keep my wife from having a pleasant, restful sleep, and enough for me to notice despite my usual headphones and earplugs get-up. The excessive noise may have been a one-time occurrence, a product of the area, or an ongoing issue, who knows. We also encountered individuals staying here who appeared suspicious and untrustworthy. Your experience MAY DIFFER, just sharing mine... Would I give this hotel another chance? Maybe...

Everything was very nice. Beds were comfortable. I really like the layout of the suites. We had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeepot. There was a separate lounge area and the wall-mounted TV was not directly in front of the beds for a welcomed change but could pivot to face the beds or the lounge. A free breakfast was offered, which was not that great, but served the purpose. The best part of the breakfast was probably the waffles, which I could not eat as they were not gluten-free. Location was convenient but nothing special. Just fine for a place to lay my head while on a business trip.

The hotel is wonderful and clean, and the staff is generally friendly, considering the circumstances and great breakfast selections. My husband and I opted to stay somewhere new that day, so we searched up hotels based on Google reviews or ratings.

However, as expected, the place is quite noisy; we did not sleep well since we kept hearing heavy stamping from the third story, and our hallway is quite nosy as well; we hear people talking loudly, and it appears that someone's movements capture our toilet light sensor, causing it to turn on and off, which made me nervous, so we decided to leave early in the morning.

Good value for a quick business trip. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and free WiFi. Complementary breakfast includes yogurt, fruit, eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea. Right off I-5, the hotel is close to restaurants and stores, including a Costco. Rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, and a working thermostat. Most hotels in the area will hear the freight train horn blow overnight. Putting the fan on constant drowns it out a bit.

Unsafe, my daughter found 2 small pink pills on floor next to her bed. No help from front office, left for us to clean room, no management to help, not allowed to talk to management, no housekeeping or janitor to help. Offered a smaller room. Dirty hotel unsafe for children and no help. Rude customer service very unfriendly and terrible stay. We are trying to reach management through email to make sure this won’t happen to another family. No response. Filed a corporate complaint. If you do have to stay here please make sure to inspect and clean your room before you stay.

We go across the border to the States multiple times a year, and this is our favorite hotel. So many times we spent way more money at an Air Bnb, and I thought.. we should have just stayed at Comfort Suites LOL! The rooms are wonderful, tons of space and always very clean. The staff are always so kind, from front desk to the cleaning crew. The breakfast is free and is always delicious with tons of options. The location is so convenient, right in the city but in a quieter part. Lots of good food and shopping around, and you can get on the I-5 in minutes. We love that it's pet friendly and our dog loves coming here too 😊

Booked an executive double queen suite for a family holiday visit. Was called by staff the day of our arrival at 6am to tell me there was a water leak and our room was unavailable. Downgraded us to a double queen room. Kids enjoyed the pool the night of our arrival. We intended to return in the morning, but maintenance was treating the pool and said it would be 2 hours before it would be available, which was unfortunately after checkout. Perhaps a more efficient time to do this would be 6am, 2 hours before the pool is open. Staff was polite, the pool was clean, and the breakfast was fair. Bedding smelled of chlorine.
