We had our wedding at the Grand Willow in early October and it was the experience we hoped for and more! The venue itself is beautiful and has both stunning indoor and outdoor options. They also take care of catering, decor and coordinating on the day of which are huge pluses compared to other venues. Kari made planning super easy; she and her team made the day so stress free. She takes care of things before you even think of it. I didn’t worry about anything at all, everything went so smoothly. We truly just enjoyed ourselves. My husband and I felt so taken care of! It was incredibly well worth having our wedding day here!

I cannot recommend The Grand Willow enough! I’m an organized person, but I was overwhelmed at the thought of wedding planning. We saw nearly a dozen wedding venues in the area and none felt right.

We found The Grand Willow just in time! I wanted a beautiful garden venue, and their inclusive wedding package was perfect for us! We met with Kari once to plan everything, and stayed in contact as needed as our wedding date approached. On our wedding day, Kari and her team set everything up beautifully and organized so well! Working with vendors who are so familiar with the venue is truly a gift. We didn’t need to worry about anything, leaving us able to just soak in the day. Our guests were also so impressed by the entire venue. I will always be grateful for the wonderful memories made here on our wedding day!

We had our wedding at the Grand Willow in September and it was absolutely beautiful! Kari and the whole staff were great to work with and made planning our wedding so fun and easy. From inquiry for booking to morning after our special day, this venue was a dream. Kari was so kind and had all the answers to any question we could think of. This venue took so much of the stress off, from handling all of the decor to suggesting vendors for us, we saved so much time, energy, and money with the Grand Willow. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. The location is beautiful and rural without being too far from the comforts of civilization. Their recommended and partner caterer is very close by in La Conner. They offered a decor planning appointment, which allowed us to come in almost a year prior to our wedding with our Pinterest boards, and Kari had set up several examples for us to review. We were able to make and change our decor choices well in advance. We also got to stay in the Honeymoon Suite of the bed and breakfast part of the hotel, which is conveniently located right next to the bridal suite! We highly recommend this, at least for the night of the wedding, if not the night prior as well. Thank you so much to you and your team, Kari!

Beautiful venue that is a one stop shop for planning a wedding. Kari, the owner, takes care of everything. We live in Denver and she was able to help coordinate all details over email, phone and one design appointment- FANTASTIC! We fell in love with the grounds (that willow is a dream) but stayed for the quality of people coming together to make our day perfect. No rubber chicken here- this is restaurant quality and does not taste like another event buffet! We had many guests comment on how much they enjoyed their meal. The bridal suite was perfect to get ready and our photographer, Ren was an amazing addition to our day- she's so fun and supportive! I'm not exactly a selfie gal, but she made me feel comfortable and captured the feel of the day beautifully.

DREAM FAIRYTALE WEDDING VENUE!!! Every corner of this venue is beautiful and so picturesque! Kari was so AMAZING! She was super super helpful, was great at communicating, was very patient and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it! The food was sooo good! Everything was perfect for our big day! Would highly highly recommend!

The Grand Willow Inn was everything I ever dreamed of and more! If you want a smooth and easy planning process as a bride. This is your venue!
1. Catering was amazing! We also had our rehearsal dinner at La Conner Seafood and Prime rib and both meals were outstanding. Not to mention, linens, plates, bartenders etc are all included.
2. The decorations they provide are incredible. There is no need to buy all the little things you won’t use again because they have it all.
3. The venue is gorgeous on it own! With outdoor and indoor ceremony options, courtyard for guest to be outside during the reception but still close by, along with great bridal and groom suites.
4. Grace, the day of coordinator made us feel SO taken care of. We always knew the plan and during the reception she made sure we had plenty of food, drinks and dessert. Kari answered every single question we had along the way. These ladies truly know how to run a wedding and how to make the bride and groom feel so comfortable.
The #1 compliment of our wedding was how smoothly it was run and this is all thanks to The Grand Willow Inn.

Beautiful venue with great catering but when we went for a wedding, the "wedding planner,/DOC" definitely had an attitude and was not very helpful at all. She leaned against the wall most of the evening with a very unhappy face. This venue has wonderful potential but I would recommend meeting their planner ahead of time.
