I don't really get the hype. The cookies are good, even amazing. But the price is not fair after all. The place is nice, clean, and the employees are nice. I will come back next month!!!

Me and my parents went to this Crumbl after coming back from Vancouver and the staff were really nice, loved the ambience. However, the cookies were way too overpriced and tasted way too sweet. I don't get the hype. Even my brother who usually loves sweet stuff described it as "diabetes in a cookie"

These cookies are amazing! Sometimes they are very very soft and I understand the cookies are supposed to be soft but sometimes it’s seems not baked enough. Over all I like the size, taste, the many flavors, the cold and warm cookies. They are great! My kids and I like these cookies! I would love to see some Vegan options added soon and where do you guys get the cookie cutter from?

We stopped here during our drive from Vancouver, BC to SeaTac International airport. We do not have Crumbl Cookies in Vancouver, BC Canada, so my daughters were excited to try these, as they had heard good things about it.
This place is very conveniently located at, 1815 Marketplace Drive, Burlington, WA 98223. This is very easy on and off from Interstate Hwy 5.

This crumbl and the marysville one are terrible. I wasn't greated when I came in. Employees all seemed miserable and weren't welcoming. Cookie looks disgusting and they didn't ask how does it look like they use to. Highly dissatisfied for how expensive these cookies are. This was a waste of my free cookie. These stores need adult managers, not just children working there.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Crumbl Cookie. The cookies were doughy and not baked properly in the middle, which was bad enough, but the customer service was even worse. The staff were unbelievably rude and should not be serving anyone, let alone paying customers. I spent $56 on 12 cookies, and when I asked for them to be placed in two smaller boxes (that holds 6 cookies) as I would be traveling with them, I was told I had to purchase the smaller boxes separately. Are you kidding me? After spending so much money on cookies, I shouldn't have to pay extra just to carry them out. I will never return to this establishment and will actively discourage my family, friends, and everyone I know from buying anything from Crumbl Cookies. You should be ashamed of your complete lack of customer service.
