From beginning to end, this venue was perfect in every way. The owners are simply the sweetest and most professional. As a renter, you have thoughts like " Are the owners going to hassle us, or are they going to spy?" That was far from the case. We booked for the entire weekend, which was great because it gave us ample time to set up and break down. We are so happy we chose you!

I am a Local Union Admin, and our Union membership spreads from Seattle to Portland. This year we decided to have one Christmas party right in the middle and I came upon the J&S Barn and Farmhouse online and I am glad I did.
I had a reply almost immediately after emailing the website from Sandy Phillips and she was just amazing.
I chose this place because she was so helpful with all of my questions and even things I didn't know that needed to be done. The price was so much lower than any other place I had inquired about, and it just looked adorable.
Fast forward to a few days before our party and I was looking at our meager decorations and decided to ask Sandy if they decorated the Barn for the Holiday season. She said she hadn't but would be happy to do a little bit of decorating if I would like. When we arrived, all of my anxiety and worries from throwing a party like this disappeared as soon as I opened the doors. IT WAS GORGEOUS! Beautiful lights and flowers hung everywhere, and the center pieces were so lovely with greenery and candles, it was like a holiday market! I was shocked!
Everything was perfectly clean and ready for us to just have a great time.
Sandy let us use the house to keep food warm and it was so beautiful I wish I had reserved it for the night!
We had the absolute best time, and my Local members are still telling me what a great party I threw and how much they loved this venue! Sandy was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond for anything we needed or wanted.

LOVE this venue 😍 the barn is gorgeous and the house is beautiful with spacious cozy rooms for the bride and her party to get ready in. There's also this adorable little lounge area for the Groom and his guys. The owners are very sweet genuine sweet ladies and you can tell they really put a lot of love and hard work into this venue.

What an amazing venue. We threw a baby shower for my daughter in law this summer and it was beyond perfect. Sandy and Jeanette were so kind and fun to work with. I had a million questions, (some of them kind of silly), but they answered all of them with patience and a smile.
The buildings themselves are gorgeous and it is clear that these ladies have put their hearts and souls into making this a very special place in every way. The farmhouse where we prepped the food and prepared for the shower was lovely and air conditioned. The barn itself was open and roomy, but yet still intimate and cozy. We had family members tell us that it was the most beautiful shower they have ever attended. No question, because we picked this wonderful venue.
My only regret is that we didn't book it for a few hours longer, to be able to relax and enjoy this great place a little longer after the shower was over.
If you are looking for a memorable spot, to host an important event in your life, I would highly recommend giving Sandy and Jeanette a call. You will be glad you did.
