I truly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff are always very accommodating. They really try hard to make sure that everyone is satisfied as far as I have always seen. The rooms are also very nice. Thanks guys.

Positive: The room was great. Was like a mini suite. Everything was clean and decor was really nice. The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Is safe there, which is a big concern. Planning on staying here again on my next trip to mobile. Negative: No. Was great.

Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible and for the price of the room there should have been more effort on at least a good meal in the morning. Checking was easy and lady was nice. If you just need a room to Sleep and take a shower then it’s fine. Property was quiet and well kept.

The manager and staff were very friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate me for my stay. The room was clean and I enjoyed the hot breakfast. I definitely plan on staying again !

Hotel was nice!! Rooms was very clean and updated!! Pool was small but we enjoyed it! Good Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles along with some muffins, yogurt, fruit, and cereal.

I came from out of town to stay for a graduation with me baby and two toddlers and my mother. She has lung cancer and leukemia. This motel is the worst I’ve ever been to. Mold, odor, rude manager, only maids they have are on meth tweaking. Also we had to change rooms and the room we changed to didn’t have an odor and the manager stated if we moved rooms and didn’t leave a bad review he would give us money back. As we checkout he takes it back and then made us leave the property. We had no maid service, phone didn’t work so I had to take my kids down stairs every time to ask a question. This place has people roaming the halls at night and no key to the lock the outside doors so anyone can come in at anytime. It’s very nasty and the manager will lie and charge you account without hesitation. Absolutely horrible and he bribes people to get good reviews. I will be reporting, complaining. And contacted my attorney since he threatened to take me to court ALL infront of my baby’s. Im a young mom who came to have a good stay and the reviews is what made me choose this place but it is all lies. Check out the GOOGLE reviews and you’ll see the phones of the the nasty stuff. Bless their hearts and I hope they all get help for the drug issues.

Please don’t stay here this business is rude and they will tell you they will refund your money and then flip it that you owe them money after they agreed to refund, I had a client that stayed here a few weeks ago and had a letter saying that he had a 0 balance only to call and they said the client owed $282 because the room needed to be cleaned and then called me a fraud after telling the bank that they were going to refund my clients money and I called to check the status of the refund. The manager is awful and the customer service is pathetic. The client was in town to visit his grandkids and lives on a fixed income and for the business to over charge and then say he still owes money after you comp the room is terrible. Again please don’t stay at this hotel!!!

Stopover on road trip heading to New Orleans. The staff were very welcoming and the room adequately equipped and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Hotel was very quiet.
