This lake is a cute little lake off the side of Tenino WA. When we went it was pretty wet out and nobody was there 2 days after Christmas we just wanted to use the docks to fish off of. I also baught a day fishing pass. There charge to fish off the dock is a bit of $$. And charge more if you pay with a debit or credit card.

Been staying at lots of RV parks, first time here based on fishing recommendation from a friend. Nice and friendly staff. Easy check in process. Fishing is good. Biggest complaint I have is the price. Lots of fees. For example, the site allows for 2 adults and 2 children which is clearly stated in the rules. What is not stated is that if you have 4 adults and no children, that's a $20 fee for the 2 adults/night even though there are a total of 4 people in that site. That's a gotcha. Beware that a Disneyland style wristband is required of you to wear while staying. Most people do not like wearing a wristband for several days. Maybe try a different way of keeping track of freeloaders.

This is the place to bring your family, to have a vacation and to enjoy yourselves. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The cabins are nice decent and spacious. This place has some really good history and a mysterious story behind the lake which is nice and spooky at the same. We will definitely be coming back again. 😊

Offut Lake Resort is a fantastic place to spend a few nights. This is a friendly, clean, and well-ran resort with a true local family feel to it. First of all, the lady at the general store (main office) is incredibly friendly and warm. We stayed in the Angler's Den cabin and called ahead a few times with questions. She answered all of them and was very kind and helpful. ||The cabin came stocked with pots, plans, dishes, silverware, wine opener/bottler opener and really pretty much everything you would need. The cabin was actually quite large and had a true living room, kitchen (with large refrigerator), bathroom, and separate bedroom. There were multiple TV's within the cabin as well. Plus a large comfortable recliner chair! The cabin also had an air conditioning unit, which was much needed during the month of July. Not all cabins have AC, but most do. Offut Lake Resort is also in a densely wooded area with plenty of tall trees, so the shade throughout the resort keeps it much cooler. Even though the temps were in the high 80's when we were there, it was surprisingly shaded and comfortable throughout. ||The actual resort is nestled within a few neighborhoods near the lake. It is a quiet area and everyone seemed friendly. It was very safe and we were able to take our one year old son on a few long walks throughout the bordering neighborhoods. The resort has a playground with swings, a basketball court, and a larger grass area for other recreational activities. The general store/main office sells items you might need (or have forgot), and also sells beverages such as soda/juice/beer.||The Lady of the Lake Restaurant is fantastic and a is truly one of the best things about this small resort. It is incredibly convenient to be able to order takeout food for lunch or dinner from the restaurant and bring it back to your cabin. The restaurant is a short 3-5 minute walk from the camp sites and cabins. All of the food we had there was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The food was higher quality and tastier than what you might find at most bar & grills. Eating at the restaurant is also a nice option, and there is a bar there as well. It is a busy restaurant and seems to be a popular place with the locals. The fish & chips were delicious and something we would recommend! They also had a band play at the restaurant on Friday night.||The lake is very scenic and tranquil. It is a shallow lake making it fairly warm and the water seemed clean. There is a small grass beach front area with rock wall that leads down to the lake. There are steps to walk down to get to the lake. We would recommend bringing water socks (or some type of water shoes) because the rocks at the bottom of the lake are a little harder to stand on. We brought sand toys, but then when we got there we realized there was no sand or beach area. Not a big deal at all, but just something to be aware of. It is a great lake to bring floaties to and float around. Next time I go back, I'll bring floaties with an anchor to anchor out in the middle of the lake. You can also fish off the dock or rent boats for the day.||This is an underrated lake resort for people in Western Washington! I have lived in the Seattle area my whole life and I've never heard anyone talk about this place! The prices are very reasonable, it is a short trek from the Seattle area, and it feels like a true lake getaway. We stayed for two nights, but it would be easy to spend three or four nights there, especially if you rent boats and spent the day out on the lake. The Lady of the Lake restaurant is a great place to end the day and have drinks/dinner. This is a fun family resort, but would also be a fun option for couples or groups of friends. We stayed there in July during a nice streak of sunshine, but this could be a fun place to go in the Spring or Fall as well.

Stayed here with the family for my brothers birthday weekend. We booked the Triple Teaser, Tackle Box, and Yurt.

The Tackle Box house was absolutely amazing! The rooms were great. It has 1.5 bathrooms, an office, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen with pots/pans and utensils, large living room with a tv, books and board games, a cool Harry Potter themed coat closet, a back deck with a picnic table, campfire ring, overlooking the lake, and a front porch that overlooks the little store. I rate this a 5/5 stars

The Triple Teaser Cabin is the smallest of the cabins. It’s super cute and charming. It has a queen size bed, desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, sugar, creamer. There is no sink or bathroom which is expected for the small cabin. There are honey buckets outside as well as a water spigot. It has a cute front porch with two large rocking chairs, a picnic table, and a campfire ring. I wish I could give this a 5/5 but unfortunately, it did have a very strong mold/mildew or musty smell. We did air it out by opening the windows and door but for this reason I will give this a 4/5.

The Yurt was so aesthetically pleasing. Like something from a magazine. It was unique and charming. The yurt is for more of a true camping experience as it has no electricity. If it wasn’t for a strong dirty smell of the bed sheets, this would have also been a 5/5 but unfortunately, the bedsheets were unbearable according to my brother and his gf. They’re not confrontational so they felt bad saying anything to the owner but besides that, they had a good time. They paid for 2 nights but unfortunately due to the smell they stayed in the triple teaser. The yurt will be a 3/5.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! The owner that works at the store, was SO kind and friendly. The store also has everything one might need and is very convenient. The Lady of the lake restaurant staff were also super friendly and kind.

The restaurant was awesome. It’s very charming and the staff were great. The food was delicious although a bit pricey but totally worth every penny. It’s so nice having the restaurant there as an option.

Every cabin had a book with cool information about the resort and why they named it the lady of the lake which is a spooky story based on a true story.

We rented an 8 man boat for 6 hours and that was so much fun! We drove it out in the deepest part of the lake, anchored it and swam around it.

The fishing dock is good. We caught 6 rainbow trout in total. That was fun.

The water did have a lot of algae which was a bummer but it didn’t stop us from swimming.

Overall, we will DEFINITELY be back! Especially for the fishing and the restaurants.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, no pets are allowed in the cabins OR outside the cabins nor near the lake. It’s a bummer as we have a small trained Maltese that’s potty trained and is hypoallergenic. We thought they were allowed at least outside as long as it’s on a leash but that was a misunderstanding from our part. Luckily we weren’t too far from home so we were able to take our fur baby home.
