We have been here for over a year now, and the new man they have running the front desk right. now filling in for the normal guy (Sam I believe his name is, who is a big improvement from the first guy and is doing a tremendous job picking up the place and making it a better hotel), but this new guy is the nicest, most respectful, person I have come across in this company and their other hotel (the chehalis oyo) combined. If it's possible that he can stay, the place would see a lot more business I am sure of it. Heck, even in just the little time he has been here business has picked up tremendously. Front desk guy you get 6 out of 5 stars from us.

To start with the room we stayed in had roaches along with some mold in the bathroom on the wall but we stayed anyway until my husband's truck got broken into and all of his tools and important paperwork stolen(more than $1,000 worth of tools.) Management wouldn't look at camera footage to help with the matter they kept ignoring the problem. The manager even disappeared for a couple of days after we went to him with the issue. We weren't asking much considering all that was stolen......

I was here in Washington working for my company for about a month and a half I stayed at decent show you in until all my tools are stolen out of my truck and I could not get them to look at the surveillance camera and they have them everywhere so they would have shown who took my tools. They kept saying it'll be tomorrow morning and 6 days later tomorrow morning never came. Roaches in bed bugs and thieves is what makes up the Centralia inn.

The front desk man,Fred was just simply|Amazing and thoughtful. It was incredibly hot the day we checked in. and he saw me waiting in the car while my wife was checking in, and he gave her the key to the room before she was done checking in so I could escape the heat. Who does that....Fred does that!!!|I would most definitely recommend the Centralia Inn based upon Freds customer service.

I don't recommend anyone to stay here, guy at the front desk was very rude. The rooms were still dirty plus under one of the tables was live wire just pulled from the wall and capped..with two other wires that weren't capped, I was worried my 2 year old would end up grabbing it. All in all this place doesn't deserve a star

Churig or whatever the little douchebags name is will constantly harp at you for minor infractions like smoking by your car but we have been here 10 days and haven't had our rooms serviced one time. We have to beg for clean towels and toilet paper. Freddy is the man and is the only reason we bring business to this establishment.

What an amazing experience! Centralia Inn has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in this area of Washington by far! They were more than accommodating, they had great amenities for such an amazing price, a better price than anywhere else in the whole town. John was The employee that took care of me and he was beyond helpful, caring, and nice. He treated me with the most respect I’ve ever had. He ended up helping me with a really great rate for the night because I showed up so late, which was really helpful for me. They woke up from their sleep just to help me get back in my room when I locked myself out in the early morning. I also accidentally slept in a little beyond my checkout time and they were very forgiving, which really helped me because they knew that I was exhausted from a long road trip. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a great hotel, everything was perfect and I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Fred at the front desk was great always making sure everything was ok I see him repairing things around the property
Great location near everything
Near freeway may get a little road noise I have been here 3 nights and no problems
I just paid for another week.
