I was a bit nervous based on recent reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Olive and the manager Isaiah and immediately felt comfortable. The room was comfortable and quiet with a workspace. Internet was good although my PC took a bit to get connected and was restocked as needed. Breakfast had ample selections both hot and cold. Plenty of places to eat nearby including Starbucks, a brewery and both fast and sit down restaurants.

The pictures make the hotel look really modern & new, but it is very dated. Everything is cleanish, but i was definitely duped by the photos. The bathroom has a lot of rusty spots and the carpet/furniture looks old.

I also really dislike hotels that use two sheets and an open comforter.

Not my first time here and I have mixed feelings. The hotel and rooms are neat, roomy, clean, a lot of parking. However the breakfast is completely disaster: no bread to toast, pot with scrambled eggs is empty and the person who work there said there is no refill for that despite it was still breakfast time (one more hour before the end). In general really poor variety, doesn't worth to wake up.

We visit this Fairfield at least annually to see family in the area and are never disappointed. The rooms are clean, and the staff is on point. This year’s visit was no different—look forward to being back in Spring 2025. As a bonus, Talking Cedar shares a parking lot with the hotel, which makes for an incredibly convenient and delicious lunch or dinner.

Swimming pool is heated, but the swimming area is not. Once you get out of the water, it's impossible to stay for any long period because air temperature is so cold. The pool was one of the main factors in choosing a hotel for me, but it was basically unusable. They don't have a hot tub, which makes it worse because then you really can't warm up and gotta go back to your room unless you wanna catch pneumonia.

Everything was very very good! The rooms were clean and smelled clean. Everything was very modern and it was just a great place. Would definitely come again!

Great place to stay if in the area. The staff were friendly and attentive to all our needs. The continental breakfast was good.
