Let me start with check in was TERRIBLE. We booked a 2 bed with a pull out. We called to inform them we would be bringing our dog, they said no problem it's $50 with a $25 refund if no damage. When we arrived we were told they didn't have any pet rooms available. We were 7 hours away from home for a family reunion. With a family of 6 and a doggo we then were told we couldn't check in for over an hour(6pm) because they had to get a handicapped room ready for a pet. Anyways we didn't get a pull out just 2 beds, and the pet fee had to be cash, and no refund of $25 would be given. Everything we were told was just wrong. Anyways breakfast ended at 930 and we got there at 931, everything was put up and the sweet woman went and pulled out a couple of things for my kiddos. I was so thankful because I though it was over at 10, she definitely didn't have to do that for us. If it wasn't for the staff being nice the check in issues would of been a 1 star. My only other thing was the rooms are not super clean, our feet were filthy from the carpet so we went and bought slippers.
The hotel was accommodating to our family, as we had multiple rooms in all the hotels around.

Good place to stay but I rated them a 4 because there was no ironing board in the room and the a/c's thermostat needed calibrating. Breakfast was good.

Easily accessible from the interstate, plenty of parking space , front desk clerk was cordial, the room was clean when I arrived , one negative is the maids did not sweep the bathroom floor after the first day of my stay , I had to return to the hotel to shave my beard off for work and I picked up as much as I could but had no way to sweep up all of it ! It was still in the floor when I returned that night after work ! Other than that it was a pleasant stay

I would not recommend this place to anyone, stayed here to visit the casino and was charged a fee for smoking in the room upon checkout. I do not smoke. This comes across as a very shady business practice to make a few extra bucks off of people who visit.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, responsive staff & super, full breakfast. Good sized rooms with coffee, fridge, & micro. & very convenient pet-friendly rooms on the 1st floor hallway easy to go outside. Doors to come in are accessed with your room card. If you're in the area for the casino, you can see it right down the road.
