It's amazing to see this building be reinvented to host both commercial and residential tenants. Such a great addition to Cheney, WA! We're excited to stay in the short term rentals as well when we visit friends.

I enjoyed being close to campus. It is a 10 min wa loo k up hill to campus so I didn't mind. The staff are friendly and the rec rooms are awesome. With a "man" cave media center on the 2nd floor and a big TV on the 3rd it was great whenever movie night's happened. Laundry is located on the 1st floor. The best part is everyone gets their own room. You only have to share a living space and bathroom.
