This was a phenomenal place to get away and just disconnect for my birthday weekend. Initially I was a little upset when we got there and no one was around to direct us to our cabin. But, we found it and I was over it pretty quickly 😊 We stayed in the Heron Cabin and we were not disappointed. Such a beautiful cabin with privacy on the deck to enjoy nature and the hot tub at the same time 🥰 We will definitely be back!

Just stayed here in the heron cabin and we really enjoyed it. Very private, awesome shower, comfy bed… The round wood architecture is stunning. Waking up to the view was a bit of Heaven. We were a little disappointed in the Wi-Fi as connection was spotty and the bath countertop could use a little repair but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. It would be sooo helpful if the owners would leave some info for their guest on local restaurants and recreation. I know they have some on their website but with the spotty Wi-Fi… Anyways, thanks for the awesome stay! Hope to come back soon!

We stayed at the Bear Cabin at Stormking Cabins for our one-year anniversary, and it was perfect! 🥰 The cabin was clean, warm, and cozy, with a ready-to-use hot tub. There were board games, snacks, and even an extensive DVD collection available. The kitchen area had everything we needed, including a microwave, coffeemaker, and complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks.

The shower was great—big enough for two and with adjustable settings. The fireplace and bathroom heater kept the cabin warm throughout our stay. Plus, the location is ideal, right by the entrance to Mt. Rainier. We loved it and can’t wait to come back! 😊✨

What an amazingly awesome|Place! The room was so perfect! Clean, cozy and perfect! Checked in no issues, had a great hot tub and super quiet back porch. Felt so isolated in the woods, didn't see anyone else on the property the whole time|We were there. The bed was SOOO COMFORTABLE!! Really enjoyed the fireplace. It was such a cute place. I didn't want to leave. We stayed in Wolf, and it was perfect for us. But we joked.... if you are exploring a new relationship and need the privacy of a bathroom door, you don't have it. I've been married for 11 years so listening to my dude take a poop is no issue, BUT if you are wanting to take a very special NEW relationship vacay to the house, pooping for you might be *challenging*. |Shower was great. |Coffee was great. |Bed, again, sooooo comfy!!!!!!|Location, gorgeous. |Felt at home each day. |Loved it!!

This place was absolutely amazing My husband and I went there for our 10-year wedding anniversary. Private amazing wooden yurt, beautiful waterfall like shower area, hot tub private little backyard area. It was amazing. Will definitely go back! I really give this place a 10 out of 10!

We’ve just had six nights here and we didn’t meet or see a single member of staff. We had issues with our room and couldn’t contact anyone: we phoned and emailed and visited reception daily. You’re very much left to your own devices, which is great in theory but doesn’t work if you have any problems.||Pros|- Location is great for access to the park|- Cabin is very private|- Hot tub and hammock were great for relaxing|- Wildlife on your doorstep|- Good range of DVDs to borrow (which we only found by chance as another guest pointed us towards them)||Cons|- Shower curtain was diabolical and collapsed every time we used it|- Toilet seat was only attached at one side, which normally wouldn’t be an issue but staff weren’t available to fix it|- There’s a German shepherd dog in a cage behind reception that barks incessantly |- Check-in procedure was non-existent. After waiting in reception for half an hour, ringing the bell for help, phoning the number given and emailing them we thought we were going to have to find another hotel. We eventually wandered to our cabin and found it was unlocked so let ourselves in. Even if no-one was there to meet us, a simple note or email with instructions would have been helpful. We met two other couples who had the same problem.|- As mentioned, no-one is available to greet you or help you if you need anything.
