This place has some of the most flavourful burritos I’ve had. (And they’re vegetarian!) The tortilla used is so satisfying, it’s flaky and reminds me of a croissant. I’m obsessed and came back within a week of my first time here. The specialty coffee and matcha drinks are also divine.

The worst part about this coffee shop is that it can be difficult to find sometimes, especially for those who are not familiar with the area. The good news is that once you come here, you will probably want to come back. There is nothing particularly glamorous about this place, but it has an effortlessly elegant feel. The croissants are enormous and flaky, pairing perfectly with a hearty cup of Earl Grey tea. On the occasional sunny day here in the Pacific northwest, sunlight gleams through the large windows and shines large swathes of illumination across the floor. This is a great place to talk or to spend time with someone you care about, and it is also a good place simply to work or think, and the hours are quite generous. This is one of the most soothing and subtly atmospheric cafes in Tacoma.

I came in for a cold brew coffee. The customer service was excellent. My iced coffee was exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere was very modern yet cozy. They also had a Christmas movie playing from a projector. We will absolutely be returning!

This is a very airy and open space, I love that they also sections so you can feel like you’re sitting alone. Love the vibes, would study for school here.
The bagel and coffee are good, nothing special but still worth it for the atmosphere.

In town to visit family and I made Ebony and Ivory my local coffee shop. Love the atmosphere; as soon as you walk you get the warm, welcoming vibe even though the space is really big. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is delicious. I even grabbed a breakfast burrito that they warmed up in a toaster oven so it was hot and crispy. See the next time I am in town.

I love Ebony and Ivory Coffee and have visited several of their unique locations. I went with a friend today to their Tacoma location to order their famous coffee flights. She ordered the Christmas themed flight while I ordered the classic stairway to heaven. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich on sourdough. It was toasted and served on a special slate, It was filling and delicious. There are several couches and tables for eating or sitting with sectioned off areas for large groups or intimate settings. One of my favorite features of this location is the safe you can sit in to enjoy your coffee as this location was historically a bank.

Lovely spot, glad I checked it out! Maya makes a perfect latte and was friendly, atmosphere is quiet and nice, the shop is clean and elegant overall. Also stoked to see they host Jazz shows sometimes! Excited to check it out 🙂

My mom and I went in here after finding the business on TikTok. It is an amazing looking establishment. Looks like it was an old bank. At one point we love the decorations and the plants and how tall the ceilings were. The bathrooms were extremely clean and you get a passcode. The bagel and cream cheese was super good, but the chocolate croissant was pretty average. Got the coffee, which was really good and their chai was good as well as their honey cinnamon latte. Beautiful view of not rainier from their front entrance as well.
