Characteristics:

This plant-based cafe offers a variety of options, including gluten-free waffles, toast, smoothies, açaí bowls, and hot drinks. Everything on their menu is made from scratch and is worth trying.

The environment is amazing, but it can get loud due to the blender. The workers are very uplifting, nice, and helpful.

Online ordering is recommended for anyone who is short on time.

Best plant base cafe I’ve ever been to!
They have gluten free waffle, toast , smoothie, açaí bowls, and hot drinks as well. Everything on their menu is made from scratch and worth trying.

The environment in there is amazing but it does get loud due to blender. The workers are so uplifting, nice and helpful as well. I do recommend online ordering for anyone who is on a time crunch.

Time and again I have received surprisingly thoughtless service here. I love acai bowls but can’t justify rewarding poor service by continuing to eat here. Numerous times I have received the wrong order and it’s always been at my expense. For instance today I ordered a bowl to-go for my daughter and when I got home realized once again, it was a different bowl than we had ordered. Yes, I should have checked since this has happened a few times before. But what makes it frustrating is the lack of accountability on their part to make it right. I called them and explained their mistake. Then had to get back in the car, find parking again, and bring the bowl back that they had made wrong. Once they verified it was indeed wrong and took it from me, only then they began making the right bowl. So in essence, their mistake wound up costing me a good half hour of my time to make it right. There was no offer of voucher or even offering for me to keep the bowl that they had mismade for my daughter (maybe I would have eaten it), nothing. Just “sorry about that.” The time before this, I had clearly stated that a child has a nut allergy & was given a bowl with nuts on it anyway. When I approached the counter to try to get a quick replacement, they told me to get back in the long line to remedy the situation. They were “really busy”. By the time the child got the correct bowl, 15 minutes had passed & everyone else had long finished their bowls. Once again, their mistake turns into my problem. I could go on with more examples but you get the picture. I generally only write positive reviews but I feel like sometimes it’s important to use this platform to call out bad behavior. Hopefully they can learn and grow from this & implement a better service policy.

After just returning home from a wellness retreat in Arizona I was craving a healthy smoothie. I swung into Fit Bar for my very first visit, and tried their Lean Green Smoothie and it was FANTASTIC! Probably the best smoothie I've ever had - no joke. My son also got the strawberry and banana kids smoothie and loved it as well. I was also thrilled to see that they have so many GF offerings (neither of my children can eat gluten) so we will definitely be coming back soon to try more of their offerings! Oh and the service was fast and friendly too - bonus!!

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, look at my profile. I was having a busy morning in West Seattle, and had not had breakfast yet, so I wanted to pack some nutrients into my body. I got the Berry Acai smoothie... it was $16.50 after tip, and honestly one of the worst tasting smoothies I've ever had. This is after I waited 20+ minutes sitting there while they prioritized all of the online orders first. You'd think paying over $15 for a smoothie that it would taste good, right? WHY would you put pea protein in a smoothie...instead of greek yogurt or another alternative. The taste was so overpowered by the protein powder they used, it was a seriously repulsive flavor. Even worse aftertaste. If you want a good tasting smoothie, go to Natalie's on Alki. Sorry for the bad review, but y'all need to taste what you are making and update the recipe.

Smoothie bowl was good. Got the pitaya twist and added strawberries for $1.50. Once I got home realized the additional strawberries were not added so I just paid extra for my bowl.

Very delicious smoothie! I love that they use high quality protein powder that isn’t too sweet and doesn’t overpower the taste of main ingredients. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors 😊

Awesome berry bowls. I tried the açaí, it had strawberries, blueberries, shredded coconut, bananas, granola, frozen blended açaí and honey as a sweetener. Great storefront and great customer service. They are eco friendly with their food containers and eating utensils.
