Bakery Nouveau is an absolute Seattle and Seattle area bakery! I am so fortunate to live in West Seattle and have a location next to me!

The staff is always really nice and they all provide excellent customer service and they are always upbeat from my experience. The space at the West Seattle location is kind of small and the line can get long, so sometimes they have you line up outside. The space feels very much like a cozy traditional bakery/cafe. I enjoy the decor of the space.

The food is absolutely delicious! I love their desserts, which are totally premium quality! They also sell sandwiches and bread, but I have only ever had their desserts. They sell coffee as well for a little pick me up! My favorite desserts are the tiramisu and the mocha chocolate cheesecake. Both of those items are incredible. My wife enjoys the pistachio cake that they make. I also enjoy the Paczki that they make. Paczki is a polish donut. They don’t always have it on regular basis, but when they do, it’s amazing!

Overall, I highly recommend Bakery Nouveau if your looking to satisfy your dessert craving, or if you’re just looking for some coffee or lunch type of food!

I love this bakery. I've come here a few times and gotten different things. The pastries and food are decadent and light. They taste fresh and are genuinely worth trying. It's a really small and quaint place, it can be cramped when busy but I think it's cozy. Definitely give this place a try if you want a fresh tasting treat.

The twice baked almond and chocolate croissants are absolutely divine! They offer an incredible taste experience that melts in your mouth, leaving behind a wonderfully rich and flavorful finish. While they may be a touch sweet for some (like my husband), they truly taste like a bite of heaven. I also adore this location and though it is further from my home than the other outlet in 15th ave Seattle, I always come here; the staff there are exceptionally sweet and patient, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend indulging in this delightful treat!

I am pleased to report this bakery does deverve all the hype 😄 I tried a couple of things, but the star ⭐️ of the show for me, was the Twice baked chocolate croissant 🥐 It’s basically sorcery LOL 😆 I couldn’t get anything else after that. So I would 100% recommend for you to try it and thank me later. Also the employees are very nice and the place is always clean. Great job! 👏🏻❤️🙌🏻⭐️

Bakery Nouveau is a true gem, especially for fans of pastries! Their twice-baked almond croissants are simply the best I've ever had. Each bite is a delightful balance of rich flavors and just the right amount of sweetness—absolutely heavenly! I nearly missed out, as they were almost sold out by the time I got there, so I highly recommend grabbing some before they disappear! I can't wait to return this week for more of these delicious treats. Don't miss out on this bakery's incredible offerings!

One of the most solid bakeries in Seattle. Usually grab the raspberry pistachio bar; most recently tried this passion fruit blob and it was AMAZING. Not every place is worth the price and hike but this one definitely is 🙂

Atmosphere - It's a small place, can be cramped if busy. Order line on one side along the counter and seating along the wall. When you're in line you can't see everything ahead of you unless you step out of line to look between people.

Food - these pastries are not really sweet like other American pastries. The ingredients are light and subtle, and the texture is fresh and flaky for the raspberry cheese Danish (pictured).

One of my mom’s favorite bakeries. Every item we’ve had has been excellent. Our favorites are the pear danishes and focaccia. A great selection of savory and sweet items, and friendly staff.
