Had a dirty sugar-free chai latte with hemp milk. Oh no, I've become that person!

So tasty. The team offered to remake it if I didn't like the hemp milk, I was a fan.

Our coffees were delicious. We ordered pretty basic caramel lattes. They actually tasted like coffee and not hot flavored water or milk! This was our first time here, and we will for sure make this a stop on our way out of this area.

So we've been here lots of times and never had a bad experience. I would've say today's was bad per say, but it wasn't great.

I appreciate the fact that they are friendly and know their regular customers. But when things are busy, maybe don't spend time talking to people so much?

One other kind of disturbing thing, I don't find it appropriate for one of the employers to give a passionate kiss and long hug to their significant other. A quick peck or quick hug is one thing. A long passion movie type of kiss right by where people are ordering inappropriate at worst, and awkward at best.

Their bagel sandwiches and other food is always good, as is the coffee. A little employee coaching might be needed.

Coffee was good and priced well too. Plenty of other goodies to choose from as well. Fast courteous service. Only downside was when going through the drive-thru and using a credit card, you have to verbally tell them how much tip you want to leave, instead of being handed an electronic device to enter tip/etc like other espresso stands do. Will definitely come back!

Just came in with my mom about half an hour ago. The guy working didn’t even acknowledge us. He acted like he would rather we just walk right out. It felt very cold & unwelcoming. It took several minutes of awkwardly standing there in silence, then moving to be more in his line of sight before he snapped that he’d be right with us. We were the only customers there. Finally ordered two peach smoothies, a sandwich, and banana nut muffin top. This was also the slowest service you could imagine. As we were paying, he handed me a lemon poppyseed one instead. When I told him that he’d handed me the wrong one, he said they looked similar. They don’t, but there is also a label. Once we paid, he got me the correct muffin top. The smoothies were great, but the atmosphere was very unfriendly. As we were leaving, my mom said “thank you, have a good day”, to which he then cut her off before she could finish. Highly disappointed with the customer service. Doesn’t make me want to come back or recommend this place.

I usually reaaaaally love this place it’s my go to stop, but last few weeks each time I’ve gone, the espresso has been soooo burnt that it’s not really drinkable, just left today and threw my coffee away because it was so bad. I hope if they hired some new baristas that they train them to not burn the shots.
