Recently I mistakenly didn't negotiate a turn in my motorhome and it ended up stuck in a ditch in the town of Red Bay. AL.

M&N in Russelville was called since it required a wrecker big enough to lift it out of the ditch. It was a very involved process, but M&N did a great job and I was back on the road again.

They were very professional and experienced. I highly recommend M&N Towing Service. Thanks so much!

Apparently, they not only love to lie about who is the manager and never give a straight answer, they also have no clue on how to communicate or be PROFESSIONAL

This group of people and M&N are absolutely great!! (Hunter) found me no problem wrecked off the edge of a mountain with minimal instruction in the middle of the night. Got there in literally 7 to 10 minutes. Got me towed and got me to a hotel to be picked up the next day. (Jamie) picked me up the next day bright and early and got me and my car back home nearly an hour away. Both of these employees were hands down the most professional people I've encountered on the road (and I've encountered many with my job). I'll only call M&N if I need any help in the Russellville area. No other company out there even competes. Thanks y'all!!

If you own a business and try using them they will lie about time n showing up to tow cars called Simpsons to get them to come out and they told me m&n towing told them to stay out of there county that it's there jobs not there's but wouldn't work for nothing I understand they supposedly love there city and only like the people and hate business that will keep em moving forward use 55 towing guys these people are 2 faced as hell

When my mom wrecked her car today, paid them $100 to tow it home and they left it in the middle of the road. Didn't even offer, or even asked her if she wanted it in the driveway. This is a busy road and he told my 70 year old mother that he was going to let her try to start it and drive it into the driveway. If it would start and run, we wouldn't have needed a tow truck. Then I have to yell at him to get him to put it back on the tow truck and back it into the driveway, and he drops it right on the edge of the driveway in the middle, where no other vehicles can get out. When I call them to complain, they are all defensive over it because he is the owner's son, saying that the only reason he dropped the car out in the road is because he thought it would run. Your business is literally possible because of cars that do not run sir! Then to tell me they're going to call the cops on me? I wish you would!

These guys are the best. Needed a tow on a Sunday afternoon and I figured I was in for a long wait to get my car back to town. I called and they picked up on the first ring, got my info, and immediately dispatched a truck to my location. Super friendly and great service. I hope I won't need a tow again anytime soon but if I do I am definitely giving them a call.
