We have stayed 2 nights and have 1 night left. This place is being renovated and the renovations are beautiful. Our bed was COMFORTABLE! Very similar feel to what we sleep in at 4 star hotels. The new furnishings are lovely. The staff is SUPER NICE! We checked out after the first night then needed to stay another night. They were able to get us back into the same room so we didn't have to wait hours until check in. We have enjoyed our stay and watching this place change each day. We are from Texas but travel to Washington often. We will definitely stay here again and can not wait to see the place when it is fully finished.

We stayed for 11 nights at the Port Orchard location. Every night was fine with the exception of one horrible disturbing night. On Sunday morning at 07:20 am (the one day we could sleep late) dogs started barking in the hallway. It stopped, then at 07:40am more dogs barking in the hallway... This continued off and on until 08:20am. The hotel staff did nothing. I complained to the hotel manager, they did nothing and didn't seem to care at all. I asked for a refund for that one night, they did nothing. I called corporate and they did nothing. I called Expedia and they did nothing. I called the credit card help desk and they will do a charge back for that one terrible nights stay. We will most likely NEVER stay at this location again. And the lack of assistance and the lack of support from both Expedia and the hotel staff and corporate staff was VERY disappointing.

After huge disappointments at 3 other Quality Inn locations across the Tacoma Narrows bridge, I settled on this Quality Inn in Port Orchard and am so thankful for this place. It is managed infinitely better than other mid-range, affordable hotels, and I highly recommend staying here even if it's a much longer drive (1+ hour) from wherever you're visiting. Rooms and service are both spectacular, and it's conveniently located right off Highway 16 with plenty of fuel and food options nearby. Breakfast room and service are much nicer than anywhere else I've stayed these past few years. My only complaint is that the bathroom layout isn't sensible (door opens into toilet seating area and blocks access to the shower, strangely), but overall this place definitely deserves your business.

This place was excellent. Unlike most affordable, hotels that have just one person running everything, they actually have enough staff and everyone is friendly. The room was spotless with perfectly clean linens and towels. The amenities were great. The gym, hot tub, and everything else were clean and worked perfectly. The breakfast was excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Positive: The front staff were excellent. I arrived way early and they took care of me. Had a room ready when I did arrive. They were just super nice. Negative: The motel is under renovation , so they haven?t gotten to everything yet so the carpet on the stairs was dirty I. Sure they will get to that as part of the renovation. There was a dog that barked loudly early in the morning a column of times

We got a room here during the "Big crazy hail storm" that never happened, lol.
The front desk clerk was amazing. She was kind, happy, and easy to talk to. I'd say hands down one of the best clerks I've worked with.
The rooms are being updated, and they are nice, I own a cleaning business, so it's hard for me not to notice simple details in cleanliness.
The laminate floors threw me off, but then I remembered they allowed dogs, so it makes sense.

It's definitely a decent place for a quick, random in town
stay.

Walking distance to McDonald's, Dairy queen, and a gad station.

There is a hot tub, 2 massage chairs, which was awesome, and free continental breakfast (which to me is always mediocre no matter where you get it) but the susage was hot and fresh and has browns were a nice touch.

It is a good hotel for a great value for Port Orchard and the region. Rooms are updated and clean, has everything you need, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the location was ideal to my needs. The only downside is that in teh day, because it is renovated and the work continues, it is a little noisy, but nothing major, it did not bother me at all.

Disappointed with my last stay with them. $100 deposit to stay. After 2 days I was not refunded the deposit . I called and asked. Was told my window sill was full of cigarette butts and the room smelled like cigarettes.

Absolutely crap. The only view and smell from my window that was a tree line that had garbage everywhere. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one available until 2 days from now.
