If I could give negative stars I would. Booked a cruise and paid in full. Two weeks before the departure date Rika switched our booking to a different boat with different dates against my wishes. Needed up with no booking 4 days before our scheduled departure. We scrambled and scheduled an alternate family vacation. Meanwhile my 11k was held for an additional 3 weeks before refund was processed. She didn’t refund all my money and I had to dispute with my card company.
All in all a terrible experience with no communication and no service.

We had a vacation to Hawaii get postponed because we were originally suppose to go in April of 2020. Obviously that had to be postponed because it was the throws of the Coronavirus. Since then we have heard from them twice about rescheduling our trip and it always ended with a “we will get back to you” which never happened. Email after email and voicemail after voicemail goes unanswered. Mind you we already paid $12,000 for this trip and can’t get the decency of a call back. It has been beyond frustrating. Save yourself the headache and boom your trip yourself or use a travel agency that has the decently to call you back.

My sister Karen booked a trip here which was canceled and rescheduled several times because of Covid, she checked on her flight and Rikka never paid the airline, now she said she will reimburse Karen 3 times but still has not! What a scam, thieves and they won’t respond. Don’t do business here!
