Stunning location and beautiful room! We had one of the waterfront rooms and it was so nice to sit and look out on the harbor from either our room or the large deck out front. There were complimentary snacks in the common area. Room was clean and quiet. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Gorgeous property in a perfect location in Gig Harbor. Just a few steps and you're on the water checking out more views of the boats, Rainier and the water. Anthony's restaurant is just a 1 min walk away and the owner is easy to work with and communicates extremely well. Loved our stay!

I stayed in the Harbor Room, right on the waterfront. Lovely room, very comfortable, nice view, but because of the weather I did not get to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. Warm bidet-toilet seat! Walking distance to eateries. There is no food service on site, just small snacks. Keurig in the room, with ceramic cups. Mini fridge was nice to have for a small bottle of wine - they do provide wine glasses. The onsite parking is challenging, but not impossible. I would not try to park in the lower two spaces with anything larger than a midsize SUV.

We only have positive feedback about the Waterfront Inn. The location is perfect for walks around town, restaurants, shops and getting a feel for the local community. The rooms are beautifully appointed and cozy. Beds and pillows are so comfy and the owners are wonderfully responsive and helpful. We loved sitting on the dock to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. We highly recommend it.

I could feel my blood pressure drop as I walked into the cozy and comfy Rainer room. The waterfront view of the harbor is just stunning. There is a lovely dock if you are so inclined to get a better view. Lots of walkable restaurants too. It was hard to leave all this peace and tranquility.

We had another fabulous stay at the Waterfront Inn. We always stay in one of the waterfront rooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a total luxury with travertine tiles and fluffy towels. The beds have beautiful linens and are so comfortable. The room has a fireplace and the double doors open to a sprawling lawn down to the water. We sat in the stuffed chairs by the fire and enjoyed the view. Or, you can go on the large dock, sit with a glass of wine​, and watch the harbor activities.

Waterfront Inn in Gig Harbor has many top-notch things to recommend it -- from the deluxe bedding to the comfy easy chairs with good lighting for reading to the harbor views and dock right outside. There are even heated, multi-function toilet seats modeled on those in Japan (first time we seen these at any boutique lodging in the U.S or Canada).|But any discussion of the Waterfront Inn must begin and end with getting to one's rooms because of the steepest driveway we'd ever encountered. That driveway and the inn's limited parking are mentioned on the inn's website and accompanying reference materials, but we still found getting to our Narrows room on the downstairs dock level to be daunting. It wasn't pleasant either in the darkness after dinner with drinks at a recommended nearby restaurant.|We are active seniors who do a lot of walking, but up and down the outside driveway with our suitcases was an unpleasant challenge -- even more so since the driveway was wet from rain and drizzle. Thankfully, the traction was good but we wondered how it would have been a week earlier in February with the rare snow and ice in the area.|The driveway is the only reason why our rating of Waterfront Inn is 4 stars instead of 5. But it is a significant part of staying there and needs to be considered.

Great little inn with comfortable room and amazing view. Room had good amenities and responsive, helpful owners. Right on the water with a long deck and chairs for relaxing. Within walking distance of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend.
