When we first arrived we passed the house because the yard and vegetation on the side is overgrown and not maintained. ||||Once we turned around and pulled into the parking lot, I was able to see the house and see that it looked completely different from the posted images on their Bookings.com listings page. ||||The parking lot is not maintained like the images show on their Google listing. And there were several motorbikes scattered in the parking lot, many looking unused and not touched for months (not featured in images). It definitely did not look like a well established and maintained business. The entrance is dirty and not well maintained. There was dog (a 4 year old American Cocker Spaniel) tied up to the entrance supporting beams. It looked like this was the "hotels" owners dog as they knew the name and age and were the only ones outside with the dog. This was surprising since the listing states no animals allowed. ||||Their listing also states, ||||"Owners live on the property and have recently completed extensive system, structural, and living area renovations, including the kitchen, modern bathrooms, and common spaces."||||||When you review the images I have included you can see that they are just starting to renovate for a full extension in the back and DR (the hotel owner) mentioned that they are starting the remodel and even showed us a rendering from his cellphone of what the place will look like once done. ||||You can also see the side of the house has extensive structural damage where there is black supporting tape covering holes and damages to the property. The back window frame is being supported entirely with black tap, and you can also notices a whole underneath which has been covered with white plastic and black tap to seal the area. It is clear that there are still ungoing renovations which are NOT stated on their listing. Based on these images it does not look like "extensive system and structural" renovations were made or were recently completed like their description states. Please see the Company profile description I screenshot and highlighted from their Bookings.com listing. ||||Due to the owners being outside when we arrived I was only able to get these two photos because I didn't feel comfortable taking more with the owner being present. I also do not feel comfortable going back because I have requested through bookings a cancelation which he has already denied once, and we have a second one pending now. I do not feel safe going back there to take extra photos especially after requesting two cancelation and being denying the first one, with one still pending. ||||Their photos of the place on Booking.com and Google are deceiving. ||||Due to the owners being outside when we arrived I was only able to get these two photos because I didn't feel comfortable taking more with the owner being present. I also do not feel comfortable going back because I have requested through Bookings a cancelation which the owners have already denied three times. Saying that they clearly state that renovations are on-going. They fail to mention anything about the dog(s). I do not feel safe going back there to take extra photos especially after requesting two cancelation and being denying.||||||I have attached all supporting images and screenshots of their listing.
