Great location and wonderful hosts! We decided on an impromptu overnight to vashon yesterday and found this gem. The rooms are clean and complete with everything you need. Super walkable to the downtown area. Will be back!

Great location, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Just off the main highway yet a quiet place to stay. Spacious, clean, one bedroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen should you want to cook, with microwave, standard range, all the pots and pans. And a Keurig when the you need a caffeine/decaf hit. After driving all over for the Open Studio Tour with a friend it was a nice place to retreat to.

Our stay at the Vashon Inn was perfect! The suite is so cute, impeccably clean, and stocked with everything needed. The Inn is close to so many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. It is also only about 1/2 mile from Island Center Forest, which is perfect for trail running or walking. We loved seeing the deer family out the windows, including two babies. Don is such a gracious host and we absolutely loved every moment of our stay. We will be back!

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days while visiting family on the island. What a great find! Walking distance to "downtown" Vashon. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. No need for a car, located right on the main thorough fare (don't worry, not busy and not loud) and the bus that takes you to the ferry. Very spacious living room with pull out couch (queen) and a spacious bedroom with queen bed, closet and dresser. Full kitchen, (fridge, microwave, oven and cook top, Keurig) and seating for 4. There is also a spacious yard with fire pit and grill which we did not use due to the weather. We will definitely be staying here again!

Don was an incredibly gracious host, very communicative and kind! The inn was perfectly located, right in the heart of downtown Vashon, walking distance from multiple restaurants. The rooms were quaint, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Beautiful space that's bright, clean, and comfortable. It's ideally located across from the famous Snap Dragon Cafe, and just blocks from the downtown strip. Quiet and peaceful. The small attached kitchen comes with all your needs, simply bring your food. Keurig with pods was a surprising bonus. The owner was incredibly helpful and gracious. We had a rather strange emergency and needed a safe space to stay isolated as a family, and the owner was extremely kind and accommodating. Definitely my primary recommendation for anyone needing a space to rest and sleep on Vashon.

Stayed here in August, it was a wonderful experience. We especially liked the porch and the proximity to downtown. The space is large enough for 4 people and the kitchen is well stoked. Overall just the perfect place to relax when visiting the island. Clean & comfortable!

Just finished an incredible stay at the new Vashon Inn. The Inn has been totally renovated to be full suites. We stayed on the bottom floor which gave us access to a well shaded cozy porch which we enjoyed in the evenings. Central to town and walkable to all the great restaurants. Kitchen is lightly stocked with all the essentials. No microwave but wasn’t any issue. Bathrooms were stocked with nice soaps, shampoo and conditioner, not sure if left over from previous guests, but I’m sure the owner can comment if that’s standard. Also had other essentials like qtips, cotton pads, tissue and kitchen soaps and sponges. Suite had 2 window AC units which was essential during a heat wave. Loved our stay and will gladly return.
