The Stellar motel is decent prices the location is perfect cause there's lots of food options around along with stores in the area along with a bus stop and they services you just have to ask. If you are trying to stay more than 28 they don't allow anything past 28 days. It's a policy. They do not have a laundry on site but there's one down off of Bay St. No smoking in the rooms only in smoking sections must be 25 feet away from all door. No backing in to spaces. There's pet fee non refundable.

Management is absolutely horrible got to my room and the door didn’t lock could push the door open, absolutely dirty clearly not cleaned or not cleaned very well, 98% positive there is bedbugs, condom wrapper open under the bed, tried to get a refund and she would not let the so called manager was clearly high on who knows what. Will never go back again and I do not recommend this motel to anyone. Horrible and nasty place to be at.

Staff were great. Understanding and patient for everything. Friendly service! Honest quality friendly service. Drinks machines, smell of coffee n morning fresh cut grass, stores and diner within walking distance. Overall...very worth it. Especially when you're trying to stretch your money.

This place is great. New name Stellar Motel, new owners and new management. Very clean, great location and great price. They are so accommodating and helpful. I was able to have my small pup with me. Simple one time charge and a deposit that you get back when you check out as long as your pet doesn’t destroy anything

The rooms are great for the price and the staff is friendly it might have been a misfortune but our room had a smell to it. No bathtub just to stand up shower put the price is great in the rooms are pretty big.Free WiFi too

Violates federal law by denying service animals, and has now been reported to the proper authorities. They will pay fines or go out of business. Nothing but a rat trap anyway with bed bugs

Front desk lady kept telling me I couldn't pay in card and had to pay in cash and she messed up the room details insisting I have 4 people even though the reservation was for 2 rooms, 3 people. Not 4. Even though I told her, she didn't believe me. I got my partner to come in, she didn't require him to pay in cash, her amounts changed, and she listened to him tell her there's only 3 people.

I honestly don't know why that lady treated me that way but was immediately different when I brought my partner in.

The rooms are warn down and gross. Wouldn't recommend this place

This is now Stellar Motel, new owners and management. Very clean, no frills, excellent customer service. Great location to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront.

You can bring your pet for a small price. Wifi is great, I work remotely & had great Wifi in a Teams meeting for over 2 hours
