Their coffees are out of this world! We loved the cappuccino we got! The beans were really delicious and the coffee was hot just how we like it. Additionally, the barista was really nice and we got our drink very quickly!

Prices recently went up again. And I had an iced latte made poured from old junk shots in a pitcher. Gross.

Customers are stretched too thin in this world, I think my one a day coffee is going to turn into a one-a-week if it’s not reliably good and the price climbs again.

Most of the baristas are incredible though, especially at their other stand. <3

Edit: I really don't like how they don't have prices listed for anything. It seems like you're charged differently each time and don't know until you get the receipt. The lack of transparency in pricing is going to cost business. I was also charged $0.50 for "milk substitute" when asked "is 2% okay?" and requesting whole milk instead. This seems excessive and I wasn't notified that this was extra until my card was already charged. I don't know if I will be back. It's too expensive for regular drinks.

I really enjoyed my blended mocha from here. Staff were nice.

My absolute favorite place to get a drink, I will travel across cities just to go here. The barriers are always kind, generous, patient and adjust my drink even after it's made it I think it needs more of something. Everyone I go my drinks are perfect, and make me excited so much I get the wiggles like a child visiting a candy store. I cannot recommend this place to enough people, if you even only get to visit once, visit it I promise you won't regret it

Coffee is good, prices were good, but I was here for 9 days on vacation and for the first 4 days my coffee cost one price, and then suddenly they wanted to charge me 75 cents more on day 5. When I questioned it, the lady said they just recently increased their prices. So I guess literally yesterday? In any case, I don't believe you raise your prices until your sign states the price you are charging your customers. There is no integrity in that, so I would not and did not give my business to this chain after that.

Freshly painted so it's not red anymore (see pic). At corner of Hewitt and Broadway. Fantastic friendly customer service!! $2 for a grande mocha (today's Monday special), I had a super yummy dark chocolate iced mocha & am loving it. Highly recommended.

Love how they craft drinks here. Not just chocolate milk w espresso like most places. They have great daily specials, which is awesome when you're on a budget. They also offer food too.
