We visited Hawkeye's for the first time today. It was a cold, crisp day and I wanted soup. To my delight I had the choice of chili and clam chowder which are served daily or chicken chipotle, which was the soup of the day. I sampled a bit of the chowder. It was good. The chipotle chicken was fabulous! The flavor was excellent, with plenty of kick. The serving is large and came with toast. The service was good. The prices are extremely reasonable.

I have been here many times at this point. This is my go to bar after out hiking and adventuring around mountain loop highway. Great burgers! Fantastic beer selection! Amazing service while sitting at the bar. They’ve got a number of tvs to watch sports games as well. Definitely check this place out!

Food and drinks have always been good, but service is sooooooo slow. Each server does everything (takes & makes drinks, takes food order, brings out food, busses tables, etc..). Makes for a super slow process. Would make a huge difference if they had a dedicated bartender, and someone to clear/clean tables off so as to take some of the responsibility off the servers. Love the place, but usually go elsewhere because of the slow service.

Good choice for a quick bite to eat in Lake Stevens area - menu is good, service is VERY fine, food is much better than many other area choices - prices are VERY good. Daily specials are added value. Easy access from US9 and Vernon Rd with ample parking make this a preferred destination when in the area. Rosa soups are REALLY fine - current fresh made soup is posted at entry. We try every one and so far all are quite nice.

Very sad to see the crazy increase of prices and reduction of quality and quantity here. I ate 3 mushrooms out of this basket and they charged me $17. Wow! We've been coming here for 20 years and this is absurd. There are many places here in Lake Stevens that will give me what I am paying for and not stick it to me like this. Wow!
So unfortunate... we will not be back anytime soon....

I had biscuits and gravy , not really great, waitress seemed rushed hardly checked on us , only refilled water if it was completely empty and after waiting. Could improve on customer service and more some sausage in gravy .

Used to love eating here. Had an absolutely delicious mandarin chicken salad. I don't know what happened. Haven't gone there for a minute. Went today and 👎🤢🤮 they completely changed the salad. It has the typical breaded chicken, Mandarin orange slices, the dressing is a very tasty Mandarin sesame. Well what they changed is honestly gross, the rude individual that answered the phone both times and helped instore claims this is gorgonzola cheese.. it's not this is a very pungent blue cheese. Who puts blue cheese on a mandarin chicken salad?! It might be slightly okay if it was an actual gorgonzola cheese, but this is straight sharp bitter pungent blue cheese, the kind that makes your toes curl, and not always in a good way. This salad used to come with dried chow mein noodles. What's funnier is the lady that answered the phone insists it's gorgonzola cheese. I'm sorry but my family are usually blue cheese enthusiasts, but not on a salad that has mandarin oranges. And I know that gorgonzola is a blue cheese of sorts, but not like this. And when we called the second time she didn't sound happy we were calling again, which I understand, if we had been rude. We had not been whatsoever. Being rude to the people who work these service jobs is just not me. So I don't understand her attitude.
My main argument is who puts blue cheese on a salad with mandarin oranges?!?! They've ruined the salad. And their customer service makes me no longer want to go, especially when there are other places in the same area with better service and food combinations. 😅✌️
