I've visited Everett often but could never find a bakery that met my high standards. This time, I thought I'd just take a look as I passed by, but the modern yet classic interior drew me in, and I ended up walking into the bakery.

The smell of freshly baked bread and the warm greeting from the owner made me realize I was already selecting various baked goods before I knew it.

The place was so clean and well-maintained that I thought it was newly opened, but I was surprised to learn it's been around for about eight years (as of 2024). You can immediately tell how much effort the owner puts into keeping the shop spotless and organized. I also appreciated that the bread here isn’t overly sweet, and they offer some unique items I hadn’t seen elsewhere. This is definitely a bakery I’d visit often if I lived nearby. I heard their pizza is also delicious, though I didn’t get the chance to try it this time.

Here's a detailed review of this bakery:

- Service: The service here is excellent, with the owner being exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

- Price: The prices are reasonable, especially considering the gourmet quality of their pastries, cookies, and pizzas. However, the coffee could use a bit more depth and richness in flavor.

- Food: The pastries are delicious and pleasantly not too sweet, which I prefer. Just be sure to enjoy them soon, as they tend to dry out quickly.

- Ambiance: Cute and lovely! There’s a small indoor seating area and some outdoor seating, but the bakery primarily caters to take-out customers.

- Parking: While parking is available, the lot tends to fill up quickly. Nonetheless, finding a spot was manageable, and it's free of charge.

After our dance practice, I was craving a snack, so I did some research and stumbled upon this beautiful bakery nearby! There were several options to choose from, but I ended up trying the corn sandwich (I love corn, so it caught my eye!), the spinach sandwich, and a delicious blueberry cake. I can't recall the exact names of the dishes, but they were all so enjoyable to eat on the go! Definitely worth a try if you're in the North Seattle area. 😊

Was referred by employees at a coffee shop I was going to try a different new bakery so took their advise and WOW such a huge selection of baked goods you would expect from a HIGH END bakery but it's a tiny little place. See my pictures, though I am slowly eating my way through 60.00 of goods because I wanted to try everything. And still was only a fraction. So far the hazelnut cinnamon croissant is my favorite, but I have not tried the flourless chocolate cake yet as it is decadent ly rich. They have beautiful big cookies and cupcakes too, but I tried everything I had never heard of before. Highly recommend.

Good selection of cakes and pastries. Some of them are pretty tasty. Space is very limited so you'll either want to eat outside or take stuff to go

Very beautiful place to grab a coffee or snack and study. They have such high quality made-in-house items that taste incredible. An aesthetically pleasing cafe bakery that checks all my boxes.

We like to start with the food as it is the main reason you go. We have to go with a sliding scale of 3.5 to 5 across the four of us who tried it together. The "pig in a blanket" had great flavor with a little bit of a spicy kick but was dry. The mushroom gouda tart was delicious, the raspberry muffin was "better than most". We still have a lemon blueberry poppy muffin, ham and cheese croissant and more to try, so maybe this review will be updated later. Sadly the croissant dough had a problem so no chocolate ones to try, but there is a twice baked almond one I would like to try in the future. The staff wasn't awake and thought my stepdaughter ordered the same oat milk mocha twice (weird?), which was tolerable but not so good (then again I really don't care for oat milk). But I do give them props for having every dairy and dairy alternative available, if you want coffee or chai this is a good spot. The place did feel like a true French cafe with the record player working and a huge selection, the small business feel with everyone's business cards up for you to view and take if interested.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now and love this quaint and cute bakery, especially given that the north end doesn’t have many bakery options. However in recent months we have noticed a significant decline in quality of the pastries.

The croissants have a very glutinous tough texture, the dough is extremely chewy and there isn’t as much butter as there used to be. All of the pastries that use the same type of dough are really hard to bite into, almost like it feels stale or dried out. Pastries should be relatively soft and easy to bite off but this felt like biting into a tough piece of meat.

Their bread, on the other hand, is on point and always delicious. No complaints at all, we’ve tried different ones and all are always fresh and tasty. Get their bread.

Coffee - I agree with the review that says to get your cup of coffee somewhere else. Multiple times we’ve ordered a cappuccino and gotten a latte (difference is in the foam). The coffee to milk ratio is always off, as well, so the baristas seem less experienced in this area. I’m OK with this because this is a bakery, not a coffee shop, and Everett has plenty of amazing coffee options to offer!
