Reading other reviews, I expected more. I contacted her to ease the stress of vacation planning, but the amount of follow up I needed to instigate leading up to the trip exceded the amount of time and stress I would have experienced booking the trip on my own. 3 stars because she did book everything correctly, and did reply promptly to my emails. I'm still not sure if I could have found better pricing, and I never discovered the value of using a travel agent over planning things myself.

Amanda has planned our Disney vacations for the last 7 years. We have done Disney Cruises, Disneyland and Walt Disney World with her. She has always been professional, given us perks, onboard credits have always been applied and we even arrived to gift baskets one year. We are a family of 4 and love having her help us with dining reservations, fast pass options and our flights. Nothing but high praise for her and Magical Starr Travel.

DO NOT BOOK with this agency. I booked a Universal trip with Amanda and then due to COVID-19, we had to cancel our trip. We requested a cancellation July 17 2020. 50 Business days later and after no refund being issued we contacted her and was told that no refund would be processed. After contacting Universal to verify, it was made clear by the representative that the trip was cancelled INCORRECTLY by Amanda the owner and that we in fact were due a refund and also air credit! Amanda was very rude and insisted she was right throughout the whole process without obtaining all the information first and without fully answering our questions that we had. She then proceeded to tell me that she does not want me as a client because I pushed to get the refund I was entitled to.

This is the first and last time I use Magical Starr travel. Extremely disappointed with how things were handled and the attitude I was given.

Amanda is very knowledge about travel and especially anything Disney. She promptly returns your call/email. I will definitely use her services again. The Disney Cruise was simply AMAZING!!

I booked a disney cruise through magical star and was promised an onboard credit. There was an issue and the credit was not applied to my stateroom. I contacted magical star immediately from the cruise ship and was told they would get a refund from disney and send me a check. It has been over a month since my cruise and I have not seen my money or any sort of update as to a solution. i also keep getting an automatic "we will respond to your email in 24 hours" response every time I try to contact them but don't get a real response at all.
