To start I wouldn’t wish this food on my worst enemies. I think this caterer needs to ask the question before every meal they serve: would I happily feed this to my children, to my wife or to myself. If the answer is no then why on earth should first responders be forced to eat. For breakfast they like the eggs to be so soupy you don’t want to eat them. The bacon is undercooked to the point of being raw. They only give us syrup for waffles, pancakes or French toast half the time. And the potatoes are quite frequently in the consistency of ice cream. For lunches they really enjoy giving us garbanzo beans and soy beans. I have yet to meet a human that enjoys either of those. Another favorite of there’s is to give us weird vegetables that no one likes to eat raw or without condiments like celery or perhaps radish’s or broccoli/cauliflower. My personal favorite thing they include in lunches is all the three week from being ripe fruits. I took home some pears to ripen up four weeks ago and they are still bad. All the fruit we receive is hard as a rock and inedible. The dinner has been the only meal that is somewhat edible. Although another favorite of this company is to give us salad without dressing. After a 16+ hour shift the thing we want most in the world after sleep is a nice delicious hot meal and this company seems to fail on that one about 7 out of 10 times.

I was on a fire for two weeks that Incident Catering Services was doing food for. The food was great and they had a good variety. They feed firefighters the way that firefighters should be fed. I always had enough to eat. Other caterers should aspire to perform like ICS does.

We worked a wildland fire with these guys catering it. Very good home made food. Not the typical out of a can meals other catering services do. The Ladies were always nice and happy. Great staff! And how nice is it to have real good coffee in the morning?!! The kind I would buy!!!! Two thumbs up!

They charge so little because so few people are willing to eat their horrible food.
