I got the pulled pork, Mac n cheese and campfire beans. I thought everything was absolutely delicious!!! Could have been a bit warmer but the flavor was really good. Also their cornbread was really dry. But I'd still come back.

Order the three meat to share. The meats had a good smoked crust on them, but they really lacked flavor. The ribs were dry. The pulled pork was fine after we added BBQ sauce. I was disappointed in the chicken. The skin was not crisp and had no flavor. The beans were the best thing.

We waited about 10 minutes to be helped. They had one person working. He looked very unhappy. We ordered 2 brisket sandwiches with beans and 2 one meat plates. One with ribs, mac n cheese and beans. The other had brisket and mc n cheese and coleslaw. The brisket was meh... had smoked flavor, but nothing else. The baked beans were absolutely horrible. The mac n cheese had some ingredient that made them taste weird. The coleslaw was different, have never had bell peppers in before. Cornbread was super dry. The ribs were probably the best thing there. I felt bad for the people that came after us because they had a horribly long wait for mediocre food. Oh and the music made it feel like you were in a rave club instead of bbq joint.

Husband and I had a great time here and enjoyed the food very much. We each ordered the two meat and two sides to taste a few of their options. I found the brisket to be just right, soft and *not* too fatty. I'm on the side that brisket fat should be trimmed well and I enjoyed brisket's fat to lean meat ratio. The St. Louis ribs' smokiness wasn't overwhelming and it had a fun touch of pepper too. Our favorite of the meat were the rib tips. I usually don't eat cartilage because it's tough for me, but it was so tender, I realized I also ate some cartilage that were almost as soft as the meat.

For sides, I recommend the coleslaw and collard greens. The coleslaw is unique with the horseradish. I haven't had great collard greens for a long time and this was easily both me and my husband's top side. It was simple, tender, not stringy at all, and perfectly seasoned that we can taste the greens and not just salt.

We both appreciated being greeted by the staff when we walked in, and after we ordered, the food arrived quickly. Having the option to use metal utensils and real glassware is awesome too! We felt like we can comfortably settle in for the hour that we ate there.

There's a self-serve bussing station by the door or they can clean up your plates for you. For the sauces, I recommend taking some sauce cups at the counter and pouring your sauces in them to try the 4 types of sauces they have. Tray paper sauce gets everywhere, but if it's your style, go for it.

Best time to go is mid-day or late mid-day. We arrived at 6PM on a Thursday with one other customer at a table and we thought it was going to be an empty restaurant. But by 7PM, it was full. Maybe I'm biased because this is easily one of very few tasty BBQ in the area, but I'll definitely be coming back for the rib ends!

Went with my wife and son. We each had the two meats and two sides plates. My son and I both had brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, mac n cheese, and a cornbread roll. My wife had brisket, ribs, apple cider sweet potatoes, baked beans, and a cornbread roll. We add two extra sides to try, the horseradish coleslaw and the fries. For dessert, we all tried the banana pudding, the peach cobbler, and the Mexican hot chocolate pudding. The food was very good. The sweet tea is on point, good and sweet compared to most places around here. Everything is made in-house. The horseradish coleslaw is outstanding. The Mexican hot chocolate pudding was on the spicy side, and my son couldn't eat it. I am used to true Texas BBQ, and this is Vancouvers slice of Texas.

Whenever I drive I-5 through Salmon Creek, I make a point to stop here. The meat-and-two plate (got the pulled pork) was delicious and generously portioned, I couldn’t even finish it all. I like playing with the different sauces. Pit beans, collard greens and banana pudding are favorites of mine. Friendly and professional long term staff - low turnover is a good sign of a well run joint.

First time here, ordered brisket and pulled pork with baked beans and slaw to go. When you cook a bunch of BBQ ahead, you expect it to not be exactly perfect, but I especially liked the brisket and pork. It was a little dry, but had great crust and smokey flavor. The sides, I'm not a fan of so much brisket mixed into my beans, but they were pretty good, the coleslaw was just okay. We did like the corn muffins. We will back the for the BBQ.

We picked up our meals to go, environment wasn't welcoming so glad we did. The brisket was DRY and they didn't give us bbq sauce, so damn near choked on it. The ribs a step above the dry brisket they had no flavor but weren't as dry. Too much pepper in the greens and that's all that I tasted besides the strong flavor of vinegar. All sides were👎🏼 beans, mac and cheese and the potato salad. Very disappointed 3 out of 10 won't go again.
