This place is beautiful, and the team here is AMAZING!!
They are welcoming and patient, answering all of our many questions throughout this whole process. Their online database is supremely helpful. We chose a package that included: a day-of coordinator, DJ, and bartender. We also added on to have 2 serving attendants to man our buffet style dinner. You have no idea how much stress was relieved by all of this! Not to mention, they supplied all of the tables and chairs - so there was no worry about a separate rental or subsequent transportation concerns. They have a decoration supply with a range of linens and flowers and everything you may need, which has an online database with pictures that we were able to peruse at our leisure. We found everything we needed in our wedding colors, and ended up not needing to supplement with anything.
Kathi was a miracle worker - somehow keeping up with all my ideas with pictures and note taking so no details were missed! They let us drop off ice and drinks and other reception items the day of our rehearsal. This gave us a chance to go over last minute details with them and for Lisa to let us know if we were missing anything. If Kathi was a miracle worker, Lisa was the fairy godmother. Her joy and passion as she encouraged us to dream big and inspired us with her vision - we weren't sure it was possible to be that magical. Spoiler: IT WAS! Twinkle lights, the fire pit, extra special touches that were personalized for us... It really was a dream come true!
We fell in love with the outdoorsy/lodge feel inside. The beautiful wood elements throughout and that fireplace! We're more introverted, but wanted to include all our loved ones. We fell in love with the Juliet balcony, right outside the bridal suite, the moment we stepped out on it. The team helped us figure out the logistics of how to make it happen, and we had to keep our wedding party small, but we successfully pulled off the first wedding on their balcony! Up on the balcony felt intimate and almost like an elopement, but with our officiant mic'd up we were easily seen and heard by all our guests down below. Talking to them afterward, they agreed it had been perfect. No concerns over sitting behind someone too tall, and the audio came through clearly. Our photographer had an open sightline for pictures. Coming out through the bridal suite curtains worked wonderfully, and my husband said it was "stunning."
While our ceremony and reception were both held inside, we had access to the 2 acres of grounds. Everyone visited, we had tons of background options for pictures, and the kids were able to run and play. When it got dark enough during the reception, the team also started up their fire pit for us. It was a great place for people to relax and talk as the night wound down.
The team at the Five2Five - thank you! We cannot thank you enough! You were a dream to work with, and you gave us everything and more! Perfect start to our marriage, and to the rest of our lives! 10 stars out of 5!

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Five2Five, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—every corner exudes elegance and charm, making it the perfect backdrop for our special day.

The staff at Five2Five were incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The coordination and attention to detail were flawless, and the decorations were exactly what I envisioned. On the day of the wedding, the staff were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. It felt like they truly cared about making our day as magical as possible.

I had the most perfect wedding at The Five2Five! Courtney was extremely attentive and helpful in planning my wedding. What's so fantastic about The Five2Five is that they hook you up with a DJ, bartender, and day of coordinator, all of whom are extremely talented at what they do. I first met them at The Seattle Wedding Show but their open house that they had in May was so extremely helpful because it connected me with vendors they have worked with before and those that were local to them. It really simplified the planning process, which all brides can seriously benefit from. The wedding day went perfectly! We had a small intimate ceremony right in front of their gorgeous fireplace. All my guests gave compliments about the day and that they had a great time! If you choose the Five2Five, you will be taken care of by people who sincerely want to make your day the best day!

The Five2Five hosted my anniversary party in October 2023. I went into our planning meeting saying I had no creative ideas and didn't really even have a vision for my day. The team was absolutely amazing when it came to taking the lack of vision in my head and turning it into a beautiful classy fall party, with a hint of Halloween. They did an incredible job with the set up and decor. Our friends and family had a great time and loved the beautiful venue. They have so many options for decor and table cloths, which made planning really fun. The space is also absolutely beautiful. The ability to have an indoor space and outdoors was so great for us, as it was a gorgeous day out. As a Washington native, it was a bonus to see the Mountain out from the venue.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience planning our wedding at this venue. Both Courtney and Lisa were so kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony followed by an amazing indoor reception. Planning during a pandemic was not easy but I am so pleased and grateful for my experience with the Five2Five. My husband and I are so happy we photographed a wedding here their first wedding season! This is a family owned and ran establishment and boy do they know what they’re doing already!

The setting is beautiful, both indoor and outdoor. Accommodations are far more comfortable outdoor for a large wedding and indoors is perfect for a more intimate ceremony. This makes the venue perfect for large summer/early fall weddings and smaller winter events.

They have a LARGE white tent for dinner so meal plans can remain the same no matter the weather. A pebble fireplace spans from floor to ceiling and the outdoor arbor has too many useful features to count. (one of which includes a large detachable porch swing). My bride strung dream catchers down the back and it was absolutely beautiful.

The venue is an old converted chapel they have renovated to perfection. It has a homey feel with spectacular landscaping.

They have an awesome set-up for a grooms-suite that is entirely fenced off so you never have to worry about the groom seeing the bride before the ceremony!

Most importantly, the isle is long which I love. Far too often, brides fantasize the moment of “walking down the isle” only to select a venue that allows that moment to last a few seconds with wide guest seating and a short isle. A long isle really allows guests and my couples to soak that iconic moment in.

If planning all the details that go into a wedding sounds like a nightmare, this is absolutely the place for you! We eloped last year and reached out just 2 weeks ahead of time. Courtney coordinated a photographer, flowers, an officiant, cake, and all the decor. She even was gracious enough to be our witness. All we had to do was show up with music (they have a portable outdoor speaker as well as an indoor sound system) and champagne! The venue is gorgeous as well, with indoor and outdoor options plus a bridal suite and groom's cabin. Our wedding was so low-stress, super affordable, and completely perfect.

Speaking from experience, the staff at your wedding venue can literally make or break your sanity while wedding planning. Above all else, having a venue you can trust to execute your vision and to keep your best interest in mind is absolutely INVALUABLE. We recently had our wedding at the Five2Five. Courtney Lewis, venue manager, was incredible to work with. Kind, patient, and incredibly responsive, she is everything you could want from a venue!

We had an incredibly tumultuous wedding planning process due to issues outside the venue's control. First, we were impacted financially and emotionally by the Monte Cristo fiasco in Everett. After that, we knew that authenticity, transparency, and responsivity would be an absolute MUST for our next venue. The Five2Five crew was incredibly understanding and showed us so much compassion, creating a custom event proposal that was unique to our circumstances and hardships. After that, we had to reschedule not once, but TWICE, due to COVID. The entire time, Courtney was patient, kind, compassionate, and treated us as we mattered. She went above and beyond connecting us with incredible vendors, collaborating to find new wedding dates that worked, compromising with us in terms of payment plans, and really doing everything in their power to ensure it was still possible for us to have a beautiful day. Their preferred vendor list is phenomenal and they even have stunning decor you can rent! They are a stellar one stop shop that will leave you feel heard, valued, and your love celebrated.

If you're looking to be treated with patience, flexibility, and kindness, this is the venue for you.
