Room was spacious and modern. Housekeeping could have been better. My stay was for 6 days. After the third day, I had to ask for our room to be refreshed.especially the emptying of garbage and replacement of towels along with refills of supplies for the coffee machines. The hotel provided a fabulous complete breakfast each morning. The front desk clerks were great especiallyJessica, who always had warm chocolate chip cookies for her guests every evening. The fresh baked smell in the lobby was very welcoming after a long day. My husbands favourite snack. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The staff here is extremely pleasant and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay. It was close to our route and we are not sad we stayed there. The trains were a little loud but I would put up with that for the kind and caring professionals and safety provided in the parking lot.

MOLD!!! There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet ran all right. The staff was nice but seemed like most of them were 16 years old or younger. The room didn’t get turned at all. There was sticky stuff on the furniture… seemed like jelly or jam. Right next to loud busy roads. The fire alarm malfunctioned in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate.

I travel quite often for work and typically do not stay in the same location more than one night. This past week was a rare occasion where I actually stayed 2 nights in a row at same location. Not only are the room always spotless at this location but the front desk agent, Tara (pronounced TER-A not TAR-A 😉) is absolutely amazing.

Not only is she helpful, respectful, and accommodating, but absolutely has a great sense of humor. Even after a long exhausting day, I found myself standing at the front desk having an absolutely amazing conversation with someone who has great personality and is absolutely amazing. Just listening to her and colorful vocabulary about her life through trials and tribulations with an amazing positive outlook. I will certainly be rearranging my business trips a bit differently to make sure this is my go to place Auburn. And, Tara thank you for the usb block and homemade cookies lol) I left her a note on a card, but wasn’t sure if it was received, so thought I’d leave my review of how outstanding this young lady is to her customers. P.S. hopefully the kids did good in his teakwando this weekend. I’ll look forward to hearing all about it and again hoping the card made it to you. 🤔 😉

I recently stayed at La Quinta during a company trip, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk clerk, Jessica S., made everything so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and smooth. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference.

Because of the excellent hospitality—especially from Jessica—I’ll definitely be recommending La Quinta to all of my coworkers for future business trips. It’s not often you find such genuine care and service, and I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Do not book this hotel if you value your sleep. Between hearing the couple in the room next to me all night the first night and kids running down the halls at 7am the next day, you need earplugs to even get a half decent nights sleep. The shower had good water pressure and the room was very large but probably one of the slowest elevators ever. I did however like the gas stations and food options right within walking distance.

I stayed here with my wife, daughter and dog on our trip up. There were 3 cockroaches in the bathroom after 2 hours of being there. We checked out and told the front desk. The man told us the manager would reimburse us when we called in the morning because that was something he didn't have access to. They now won't reimburse us our money. The offer of another room is a ridiculous offer as bugs don't understand room limits and can go everywhere in a building and that isn't something we think is acceptable with a child, or any situation. Who willing stays in a hotel they have seen cockroaches in? Let's be realistic about that.
I could understand if we had checked in and stayed all night then complained about the room. That would be sketchy. But as the staff was well aware, we left after 2 hours. Our money should be reimbursed. Especially because they didn't even release the hold on our account, forcing us to stay in our vehicle. This is an embarrassment and the response from them is disgusting.

Check the validity? CRAZY because my bank statement shows the charges.

This was second time we stayed here and would do it again. It was easy to check in and checkout. The people were always friendly and always willing to work with you if there was a problem. ||The room was clean other than we found one sock and a stuffed toy under the chair. Which told us they didn't move the chair to clean under it. ||The shower head came a part during a shower, no injuries. Went to the front desk and told them and we had a new shower head within 15 minutes. Maintenance person was very friendly.
