Stayed for almost 6 months while in town for work. Staff is great and very accommodating. I had to leave town for a week in the middle of my stay and moved into another room when I returned. Mattress was way too soft for my old back. I told the office about it and went to grab lunch. When I got back less than 2 hours later, mattress was swapped out for a firm one and the room had been cleaned! Not understanding all the negative reviews. This is not a 5 star hotel people. Rooms are clean, 2 burner stove, huge microwave and a full size fridge. Never saw 1 insect in either room in 6 months. Good laundry facilities as well. Also, they put me on a corporate acct. because I was there for work and gave me the lowest rate possible. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this ain't the place. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place to stay while you're in town, this is it!

I checked in with 2 reservations. One for the weekend and one for the following week. The night lady yelled at me for having 2 reservations instead of just 1. She continued to be rude until I turned around and walked out. The bed was old. The springs was in my back. I had to buy a 3in egg crate mattress topper just to be able to sleep. I was told they would not clean my room the whole time I was there. No do not disturb signs anywhere. On day 8 they was in my room just to take out trash. That had piled up. Will NEVER stay there again. It was not worth the $80 a night I paid. This room was so bad that I kept waking up to make sure there was not cockroachs in my room. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

I have to say the front desk lady was super nice, and honestly, when I needed the upgrade to two beds, it was only $20 dollars and she was very helpful and understanding, to my situation and kind!! It is a living place of families. However, the rooms are very clean and whatever you need they will help you with!! I would stay here again, honestly!!

Positive: Nothing. It was dirty and gross. Negative: The bed was old. I could feel the springs in my back. I had to get a mattress topper just so I could sleep there. Night staff yelled at me when checking in. Room had a fridge, 2 burner stove and microwave. That's it! No coffee pot or even ice.

Seeing the reviews most of them are all terrible but if you want my opinion It's not bad at all. This hotel is actually very quiet during the day and night I know that the reviews seem bad but instead of listening to other people see for yourself. I booked on the 3rd floor so maybe it isnt loud because im on the 3rd floor but everything has gon smooth. The beds are nice and comfy and lots of charging ports but for me and my family this is nice.

Where do I start? I would like to give this place zero stars.
First of all it was Christmas Eve I wanted to choose this place so I could give my partner a good place to stay with a nice bed and a nice TV I stayed here before and this was the case apparently this time it was not the case but there was horrible and I could not even lay next to my mate it was so bad. Like 1980 box springs and a mattress that was so soft and flimsy I thought it was cardboard or something. Back pain all over. I had to sleep in the chair next to the TV.
On top of that the room totally smell like smoke and they were cigarette ashes all over the place so I called the front desk and told him about the smoke smell and cigarette ashes they tried to give us another room but I had already used the toilet and they said no. The place is pretty quiet it seems like it was safe. Although there are no game reserves to be where about people going to your car to stealing your items because for some reason get our find the key to our car which we left in the car. Yeah probably was not a good idea on my part. We do smoke cigarettes but we smoked outside and put our ashes inside of a top ramen cup and brought them back inside to throw in the trash because we don't like to litter and we're not disrespectful like that.
About checking out I was told that my room was under investigation for cigarette smell but I said I already called the the front desk and told them about this problem why are we being investigated no answer they just looked at me like I was crazy. Two days later I asked for my deposit back and they said no we have pictures of cigarette Ash in the room. I said what do you mean I told you we called the room when we checked in and they were cigarettes all over the floor they were cigarette Ash everywhere and it smells like cigarettes and the cigarettes on the wall stink everywhere. Absolutely worst Christmas I've ever had
I'm going to have to call the better Business bureau and I'm going to have to file bad reviews all over this place because they were trying to keep my money over some stuff that they had already had going on in their room maybe their maids should have clean the room a little better yeah absolutely worse Christmas ever his place is horrible do not stay here as they will try to take your money it literally looks like a setup the way they have the room all cigarette smoke and actually they were before you check in they're trying to keep our money to put in their own pockets it seems like. Absolutely horrible. What else can I do I'm negative 100 bucks now and the 150 it was for the room was not even worth it because the bed was so horrible I could not even lay down on it because of my back problems and because I don't know it felt like a bed from a third world country or something. Maybe if they can refund me my money for the room and refund me my deposit I will change this review but until then it's going to stay here and I have over 6,000 reviews on Google so I'm pretty well respected in this field of work please do not stay here I am warning you thank you.

The place could use a renovation but the price is good and we liked 2 of the late night workers. The rest of the staff is good just kind of snooty. The stairwells could use cleaning but if you are just looking for a quiet place to lay your head for a night or two this place will work out for you.

I had a nice stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room included a mini fridge and microwave and was very tastefully decorated. I was given an accessibility room so my bathroom was huge and had a chair in the tub to sit on lol . The front desk was very professional and nice . The parking lot was not as scary as people warned me it would be , I didn't see any shady activity and it was quiet all night
