Pacific Northwest Catering was so wonderful to work with. They did an outstanding job planning and during the wedding. The food was amazing, the staff friendly and experienced, and Al was super responsive throughout the whole process. Many of our guests have already asked for their contact information for future events and I could not recommend them enough. If anyone from PNW Catering reads this and remembers me, please email me the recipe for the pesto sauce the meatballs where in. Many guests have been asking for it.

I cannot thank Pacific Northwest Catering enough for the amazing job they did for our wedding!! We opted for chef carved Prime Rib and Salmon Picatta with mashed potatoes with grilled veggies and foccacia bread. Everything turned out phenomenal!! Our guests kept telling us how this was the best wedding food they've EVER had. Thank you Chef Matt and his team; Cari, Carl, Esther, Jackson, Jose, Marielos, and Ava. as a bonus, they even had 4 different kinds of spa water with our initials cut out in fruit in the water dispensers!!! Overall incredible experience and so easy to work with!

Pacific Northwest Catering did a fantastic job. The grilling on site brought the food to another level as it was fresh and bursting with flavor. They were really accommodating and flexible to work with. There were a few miscommunications as we got closer to the wedding but in the end they helped to make sure that everything was covered. The staff were friendly and respectful.

I am continuously amazed and impressed by the team at Pacific Northwest Catering. We have exclusively used PNC as a caterer for our events for the past 3 years. They do an outstanding job on everything from quality of food to presentation to service. From the planning of the event to the execution, I trust them to provide a flawless experience for our guests and clients.

What I appreciate the most about PNC is the fact that I see the same faces every time. Drew has been our banquet captain for many events now and is a joy to work with. At our most recent event, the wait staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a great experience.

Al is a joy to work with and I know I'm in good hands when he helps us to plan our events.

I'm looking forward to seeing them at our next event in December!

We want to give a special thanks to Aleks who was our bartender! She has phenomenal customer service and was so friendly. So many people had such great things to say about her! She went as far as chasing me down to make sure I ate before the ceremony and offered to help with our baby so I could eat dinner. They catered my daughter’s wedding this weekend and were amazing. From the first contact, to the tasting and finally the reception I couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was outstanding and the appetizer presentation was fantastic. I highly recommend the “in the round” service. Barbara and her staff were so nice and helpful and helped make our lovely day perfect.
