Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service we received from D'Elementi Catering for our recent fundraising event! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our 50 guests.

The food was fantastic, a beautiful spread of both hot and cold options, each dish more delicious than the last. You could truly taste the quality and care put into every bite. Gurests couldn't stop raving about how flavorful and well-prepared everything was!

The set-up was stunning! The presentation was elegant, everything was thoughfully labeled, and the layout made it easy for guests to serve themselves comfortably. D' Elementi's attention to detail really elevated the entire experience.

We were also incredibly impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the sales team. They were responsive, accomodating, and made sure we had everything we needed well before the event. They arrived on time, took care of the entire setup, and were there at the end to assist with clean-up making the whole process seamless and stress free.

We truly couldn't have asked for a better catering partner. We will definitely use D' Elementi again for future events. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Catering Experience – Highly Recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Constantine with Delementi Catering, and he exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we first connected, their team was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our event perfect.

The food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. They went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests, ensuring that everything fit our theme and tasted amazing. The entire menu was flawless!

. My beloved grandma passed away earlier this month and I needed to find some light appetizers for her viewing and funeral. I searched for a caterer and reached out to Constantine. He was available right away and even though this was a relatively small order, he was very attentive to what I was looking for, made suggestions, considered and incorporated my requests and modifications, and was reasonable and prompt with pricing.
On the day of delivery, Constantine brought the platters of apps himself to the funeral home. They were well-packed and easy to transport and unpack. He was kind, respectful, and helpful with bringing the apps in. Everything had been so pleasant and easy working with him to that point, then he almost brought me to tears when he presented me with a small box of dolmas he added, saying it was specifically for me to provide some comfort, as it was his own grandma’s favorite and she had also passed in recent years. It was so kind and unexpected.

The displays, packaging, and included utensils were perfect, the food was great quality, and exactly what I was hoping for. We had veggie platters, fruit platters (thank you for customizing to swap melons for mangos), some tartlets, tea sandwiches, etc. they all were tasty, simple but modernly elegant, and were garnished with some pops of purple (my grandma’s favorite) and exactly as requested.

Thank you again for making this part of her funeral so seamless and easy. I used to work in hotel events and catering for 10+ years, at the Four Seasons and others, and this was absolutely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you x100000000!

My business needed a "Sunday Brunch" for a special event on short notice. Constatine and Delementi did a wonderful job catering the event, communicated well and was fair on the price. I would use again Delementi again for sure.
