The cutest little place! We stopped in before my son's soccer match and got some grub. The staff were very friendly, and the food was AMAZING. I would eat here everyday if I lived close! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Went here after our son’s swim meet… the perfect place for our 3 hungry boys. Delicious food, big portions, reasonable prices and authentic taste. Da BEST! 🤙 Thank you for the amazing meal and the experience!

My hubby found this place when we were looking for something to eat on the way to lavender farms.
This is probably the only food located in a gas station that I won’t complain about eating. Amazing and fresh Hawaiian food. Staff is also friendly and will happily explain the menu. This place is take-out only.

The best things here are:
* Mochiko chicken - This is fried chicken that uses Mochiko flour for the breading, which is a glutinous rice flour.
* Kalua pork - some of the best I’ve ever had
* Katsu curry - The sauce, rice, and katsu were perfect

These were okay:
* Fried rice had great flavor but was a little too on the side of sticky rice for me.
* Spam musubi was okay but both spam and rice were a little overcooked. These are also in a case so maybe it was just sitting around too long. I usually find this as a common thing for pre-made spam musubi.

Unko’s is amazing! A gem hidden in a shell gas station in Silverdale Ridgetop area. Super good food and amazing choices in the menu. Not a fast food spot everything is made fresh so expect to wait. But well worth it! Super friendly workers, I will be back again! 10 out of 10!

The first time my wife ordered food here i was skeptical because its inside a gas station. Look past that and youll find a hidden gem. Ive ordered food here a dozen times now. Every time it's amazing. If you love Hawaiian food this is the best spot in Silverdale.

This place is my favorite Hawaiian spot in the county at the moment. Their sliders are da bomb. Moko loko is also a hit. But can't go wrong with any dish or side they make here. Prices are excellent for the portions and quality of food. Super easy to place an order online through their website. Keep it up 👍
