All I can say is it was so AMAZING! The flavor was something I’ve never had, so full. Every piece, magnificent. I can’t say enough good things, even the white rice was especially good. The Kalbi Beef, fantastic.
The chef came out to speak to us, to ask us how we felt, he brought the flavors of the world into his restaurant. The Huli Huli chicken was amazing, had Sticky Ribs some cucumber salad and I was so blown away. I thought this might be the best food I’ve ever had.
I hope this secret of a restaurant in the liquor store in East Bremerton is realized. There are a couple tables out front, perfect day. Can’t wait to go back

After seeing a post in this group we decided to try TOLITOZ MOTHERLAND today. We opted for the platter ($60) so we could try a variety of dishes. We chose the Huli Chicken, Butter Chicken, & Sticky Ribs for our entrees along with Naan bread, 3 sides, and Passion Fruit juice drinks. This fed 4 people with leftovers. The owner/Chef is from Kenya but has also worked in Dubai and other places throughout the world. The flavors were amazing and the chef clearly cares about the food he is preparing. You will order at the counter and take the food home. While you wait for your food to be freshly prepared (about 15 minutes) you can shop the rest of the store for the perfect wine pairing or spirits to complete your meal. Support a local! You won't regret it.

Note: this restaurant is located inside the Pacific Liquor Store in the same parking lot as Church's Chicken & across the street from the east Bremerton Kitsap Transit station.

Decided to order catering from here for a company dinner for all our employees working on Christmas. We were very impressed with all the different flavors from different cultures we were given. The sticky ribs were all of our favorites as well as the cucumber salad and chicken tikka! They also gave us dishes for our vegan and gluten-free employees! Will definitely be a continued customer with them for our company meals in the future, highly recommend!

Chef Tolbert makes some really amazing food. My organization was in need of a cater for an event a little more last-minute than we’d like but Tolitoz was more than happy to work with us and serve our event. All of the food from the sticky ribs, cucumber salad, and jerk chicken fill our bodies and souls. The food was so good, everyone at our even was asking for their business cards and contact info. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a catered meal from this chef. The food was absolutely amazing. Truly authentic. Going to find out if they have a sit in restaurant. But if not, I plan to definitely do takeout or even book for catering. The food is full of spices and flavor!

Chef T has a small kitchen in the back of the liquor store. As soon as you walk in, the aroma is comforting and unique. I ordered a Platter so I could sample many foods. It was all so good! Literally, every bite was savory and perfectly cooked with new flavors from Kenya, Hawaii, West Africa, and I don't know where. The Platter will feed 2 or 3.
This is a hole-in-the-wall place you Must visit! I will be coming back.

Met the Chef at the grocery outlet, and he told us about his food and gave us his business card. The food is great. We tried the butter chicken, sticky ribs, mac salad, and Naan bread.
