This hotel is under major construction as it is switching to a Double Tree by Hilton. They were working daily from 8-4 which didn’t affect me but sure it did other guests. Also had a prolonged period without AC which they taped a not to the door the night prior. Walls seemed thin. Could hear absolutely everything and doors slammed very hard disrupting my sleep. Would not recommend to anyone. Maybe after repairs are complete I will give the location on more try as I am a Hilton member. I would have checked out immediately if I didn’t have coworkers also staying there. It was comical and we joked about it all week. Pool was broken as well. I modified the rating due to the friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast. Not their fault.

A great pet friendly hotel along the water and near a trail that's perfect for walking the dog. There's a large lawn as well as other lawn areas for the dog to use. The restaurant/bar that's open in the evenings had very good food. For lunch, there's a Hops and Drops within a short walk that has a dog friendly patio. I'd recommend this hotel either with or without a pet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is being nicely renovated.

The rooms were great!
Customer service was amazing from check-in to breakfast to check out.

Emma in the breakfast area especially went above and beyond.
saying good morning to everyone as they came in. Catering their table and bussing it. Even if a guest insisted she still said no, I got it and would clean their table.

She even brought me another orange juice while I finished my yogurt!!

Will definitely stay here again.

March 2025
My visit was disappointing. My friend and I reserved a room for a stay-cation. The pool and hot tub we were looking forward to using was closed. Our cramped room was at the far end of a VERY long hallway that was carpeted with badly stained, stinky carpeting. There was also a notice that the water would be turned off for 2 hours. Was not worth $188 for one night.
There are nicer places in this area for the same cost.
That being said, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the room did not stink like the hallway, and the free breakfast buffet was nice.

I’ve stayed at the Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel many times over the past three years, and it has only gone downhill. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Pros (Barely):
The front desk staff was polite and helpful during check-in, and the breakfast staff was friendly. The breakfast itself was decent with a good selection. The downstairs common areas looked well-maintained.

Cons (Where Do I Start?):
This hotel is in serious decline. The second-floor hallway is disgusting—reeking of something awful, with stained, lumpy, and uneven carpet that looks like it’s been through water damage and never properly repaired. Walking down it feels like stepping through a hazard zone.

My room was only moderately clean, which is unacceptable. The carpet had stains, and while it didn’t smell as bad as the hallway, the overall level of cleanliness was far from what should be expected. They only offer housekeeping every three days, which is already ridiculous for a hotel at this price point, but even then, they never showed up. I notified the front desk to have my housekeeping rescheduled, and they assured me it would be taken care of. The next day? Still no housekeeping. If you expect your room to actually be cleaned during your stay, don’t book here.

To top it off, NONE of the amenities were available. No pool. No hot tub. Nothing. If you’re going to advertise these features, they need to be operational.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel stay I’ve had in decades. This place needs serious maintenance, better management, and a total overhaul of its cleaning and upkeep standards. I won’t be back, and I strongly suggest others avoid it unless drastic improvements are made.

If they actually want to improve future stays, start by firing the management responsible for running this place into the ground. This hotel is marketed as a Best Western Plus, but there is nothing “plus” about it. The current management is either neglecting or outright ignoring serious issues, and it shows in every part of the guest experience.

Worst hotel stay in decades! Nothing worked, the staff was rude, they failed to service our room, not even providing clean towels. None of the amenities where available, they shut off the hot water. When we inquired about the failure to clean our room the night manager got upset and wouldn't talk to us anymore. I didn't even raise my voice or speak aggressively. Simply asked why our room had not been serviced by 7 PM. Unbelievably bad stay. Quality Inn 2 blocks away was great though.

Christmas Day 2024 we had a great experience at the Best Western Silverdale, WA. Our room was nice and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. At 6:00 AM we had an exceptional breakfast! I was shocked at the variety and quality of the food. I thought maybe the breakfast was special for Christmas day, but I was told this was normal every day. All of the food was very fresh and at proper temperature. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but this breakfast beat them all. The two ladies Cora and Emma that run the breakfast are great. Cora and Emma were friendly, helpful and efficient. Great food and friendly service from Cora and Emma made a great start to our day! Keep up the good work.

The staff is so amazing from Emma, Cora, Delia, Rodal (might be misspelling his name) they are all so helpful. We stayed for a month for my husband work and while he worked we stayed in the hotel and the staff treated me and my kids with kindness and made us feel right at home. I literally cried when we left because I felt like I was leaving some friends. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was always delicious and the view was spectacular! 1000/10
We can’t wait to come back. Thank you to you all. The way you treated my family and I will stick with me!
