Hotel has friendly welcoming staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean and beds are perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast includes an egg station providing a great start to the day. |If your travels take you down I5 this is one of the better places stop for the night.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and legit breakfast. Pet-friendly to boot.

Omelettes to order? Yes, please. Definitely an upgrade on your average chain-hotel, free breakfast bar situation. All the typical offerings (waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc) plus omelettes cooked to order.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy.

Located behind a strip mall a 1/2 mile off the highway, starbucks in the parking lot with grocery across the street.

Great spot for casual, comfortable place to stay in the area.

Was a comfortable room nice beds, the area is busy but so far so good for best western hotels it's a must stay!! Smokey point isn't to many homeless people or drug addicts good stay thank you

Excellent check in thank you Matty, the room was spotless housekeeping definitely knows what needs done and does it well. Some minor maintenance issues that had management quality control checked rooms prior to my stay would have resulted in a five star review. Don't skip breakfast. The wonderfully lady cooking Thursday morning made a great breakfast burrito. Coffee unfortunately was sub par. McKayla provided quick and kind check out. Everyone was nice and friendly. Made my trip for family easier with this stay.

Everything about my stay was great - the hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was fresh and hot. We had traveled from about 60 miles away to spend the night before my son took the SAT. I requested a top floor room and received one. It was quiet and worked really well for our needs.

We have been staying here for years when visiting my mom and sister who live in the area. While we've stayed at other hotels in the past, once we stayed at the Best Wester to compare we realized it was the better value. Until this stay (still here). This is our 4th night and other than the first night a maid has not stepped foot into our room. Garbage cans are full. I had to go down last night for clean towels and some coffee for the Keurif. I thought that would get someone to ensure we had maid service today but I was so wrong. On the first night (of 4) they made one bed and gave us some more shampoo and emptied the garbage. There has been NO ATTENTION to our room since. I would not have coffee for tomorrow had the front desk gal not given me extra when I asked last night. I have no idea what the heck happened but this will be my last stay here. SORELY DISAPPOINTED.

I was pleased with the location during to being close to where I was going the next morning. Parking was good and there was a good selection of local restaurants.

Upon checkin I was thanked for being a loyal member and given water and bonus points.

The room was clean and smelled good. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. The shower head was clean.

The bed was very firm and had full sized pillows.

The Internet was a bit weak. 10 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up.

The breakfast was really good for a hotel. I really liked the strawberry topping.

Overall this wasn't a bad stay. I'll be back when I'm back in town.

Had a fantastic stay. Clean rooms. Very professional and friendly staff. Shout-out to Ericka and Connie for constantly making me smile. Really had a fun time. It was like home away from home. Thank you.
