We are local, but needed a place to stay out of our house for the night and found The Villa. Toni and Martin are very friendly and hospitable to a fault. They were very kind to us, even though we were an hour late for when we said we would check in. Martin asked if we would like to see the house and we didn't have anything pressing so he showed as all over and told us the history of the house and some funny anecdotes. Our room was very simple but had all the amenities we could possibly need. My only complaint is that I am only 5'2" and the bed was about 2' tall so getting up was a challenge.

Wifi was great, room and bed were very comfortable. We went to eat at the Matador which Toni and Martin had suggested.

In the morning I went down to crochet in the front room while my husband slept in, and Toni made sure I got some tea and had a comfy spot.

For breakfast they made a lovely fruit and yogurt starter (with perfectly ripe fruit in January!) and then bacon, eggs, and blueberry pancakes. It was all excellent and we felt very cared for.

The owners are very friendly and delightful to talk to. We would suggest staying here.

My Sister and I had a wonderful night staying at The Villa. While it was a short stay, both Toni and Martin took the time to not only show us the historic McCormack Mansion but also tell us it's lovely history. Toni was a born innkeeper, and is very enthusiastic about ensuring her guests have the best time possible. Martin was courteous, helpful, told wonderful stories, and was generous with his time. We cannot wait to stay again and again.

We loved our stay at The Villa B&B. Started with a tour of the mansion and history behind it.
Our room (Ravello) was on the top floor, with a gorgeous view, a claw foot soaking tub, and the king-size bed was so comfortable. Toni and Martin are wonderful hosts. The breakfast was so good, and the fruit cup is on point. We would love to stay in each room with every visit.

What a wonderful time we had at the Villa Bed & Breakfast! Thank you to Toni and Martin for sharing your beautiful home with us and for making our visit so very enjoyable. The Sorrento Room was the perfect and we enjoyed the private deck with the amazing view. Oh and let's not forget about the breakfast! I am still talking about the blueberry pancakes!! We will be back to visit the next time that we are in Tacoma!

This place is special! Toni and Martin are wonderful hosts. Made us feel right at home. The Villa was a great launch pad for our sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of food. The grounds are spacious and well kept. We will be back!

I had the most wonderful visit at the Villa -- and I look forward to a return visit. Toni and Martin are gracious and friendly hosts who gave me lots of helpful information about what to see and where to go as well as restaurant recommendations. They made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. My room was cozy with lovely bedding, a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Toni had time for a quick tour of some of the other rooms and they are also well-appointed and so inviting -- as are the dining and living rooms. Patios in different parts of the house have beautiful views and are great for outdoor eating and relaxation. The gardens are gorgeous. And Toni's homemade breakfasts are delicious and ample. Finally, the Stadium neighborhood is beautiful and within walking distance of Ruston Way, a lovely supermarket, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a stay with Toni and Marin at the Villa Bed and Breakfast!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Villa! Our room was beautiful with a seating area looking out to the garden and a large bathroom with a sunken tub (and bathrobes!). Everything was clean and comfortable. Each morning we had a delicious breakfast (especially the yogurt parfait). The owners were very welcoming. I would strongly recommend staying at the Villa. We will be going back.
