I've only been able to catch them and enjoy their food twice, but every time I had the chance, it was well worth the wait!! Delicious cooking, I don't know who they have cooking in there but they know how to throw DOWN? I had a brisket meal, baked beans and mac and cheese. This time around, they were in East Chase for a Saturday event. It's hard for me to track them down, but I'm never disappointed when I find them.

They were parked outside of where I was working for the day & I decided to give them a try. I got the pork nachos with the sour cream sauce ($1 extra). They were having a special so the nachos were only $5!!! What? You can’t beat that price. They are normally $9 but have special prices from time to time from what I’ve seen on their FB page. I like the BBQ sauce as it’s more on the sweet side than the tangy side. I love the cilantro in the nachos too as I’m a big fan of it. The customer service was good & the food came out very fast! I would eat here again.

I've been following Fire Meats Wood on FB for months, but always miss them when they're near. Finally made it today and wasn't disappointed! Pulled pork nachos were awesome. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've had their brisket sandwich and the pulled pork nachos and both were superb! I always get the sour cream sauce pin my nachos (it's $1 more) but is worth it. I check facebook faithfully on Tuesdays and Thursdays to see if they will be open downtown. I look at the menu but really, I usually know I want those nachos, lol. The service is fast and the food is good and flavorful. I went this past week, it took me way less than 20 minutes to go, get my food and get back to my desk. When I walked back in the office a co - worker commented about how quick muy trip was. I opened the box to let her see what I had and of course she wanted a taste. As soon as she tasted it, she said "oh my God! This is so good. Let me know when you go back, I want my own. " Thanks guys for setting up in downtown Montgomery. Jackson street is perfect for a lot of state employees and its nice to have a great alternative to the normal fast food. Quick service, delicious food!
