Recently took part in a jackpot jamboree and was so disappointed! Felt disrespectful like we did not really matter. Let me explain first the good… this is my favorite casino till Sunday! Our gifts were a bag we had to fill ourselves with left over gifts… only 6x and 5 X tee shirts, pens they give away all the time coins from last year really? It was if you are dumping all the left overs! Now let’s talk food same food as last three times bought and heated dirty serving tables not refilled so you had to wait and no where to sit down no tables at all! Why even bother if this is what you are offering sorry to say but not what I am used to experiencing at your casino! I always thought winning a jackpot was special but you fixed that experience for me! Hope you do better in the future but not sure I will participate!

I think the rooms are best if you book ahead. Booking the day of seems to be tricky for the staff. We have had clean rooms here. The rooms facing the water have beautiful views too. But it's hard to get the room configuration you want last minute. So that's hard for families who want adjoined rooms. That said, it's still the nicest place in town.

Nice drive there day or night. Big enough place and indoor smoking area coming soon to the casino. 10 bucks free play each month to neighboring residents, so I try and take adventure of this perk they offer.

Oh, and you get a free 10 dollar food voulter each month for neighboring visitors. Good prom free play when you first sign up to.

From the start: Front desk customer service was excellent they were friendly and actually wanted to take care of us. The room was clean and the bay View was excellent. The shower is also excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and felt very safe as well.|I left my coat in my room. Called the hotel and they sent it to me at no cost!!!! Wow

We were lucky to get a free upgrade to the water side. If you don't get it for free it's well worth the $30. Some rooms don't come with a microwave but we got one free of charge. Huge bathrooms with walk-in showers. The Rooms are very clean.

We booked a night here as a weekend getaway, but upon arrival, we were informed that the internet was down and thus the casino and restaurants were all unavailable. They offered to refund us if we didn’t stay, which we agreed to. Weeks later, still no refund. We called multiple times, and got passed around from manager to manager, and no one issued the refund.

To summarize, we didn’t stay, we weren’t given a refund, and we are now out that money with no option to rebook or get refunded. Avoid at all costs if you can.

3 women at front desk this morning as we left... not one acknowledged us, said good morning or have a nice day or how was your stay. Our room had a view of the maintenance roof... nothing of a view... not even parking lot. we came for an event and thankfully we didn't pay for this room. I would have complained. I would never suggest to anyone to stay here. Unless you just want to drink and gamble.
