I went into the store front of Zaza's at The Market with my grandchildren. It was a chilly day and we wanted hot chocolate. Leo was extremely attentive, nice and friendly. He treated the kids to a yummy treat of honey and "dough"- they loved it and the hot chocolate was great too. Outstanding service! We'll be back to try their savory foods soon.

I was so excited to find this place again. I haven't been to Anacortes for a while and decided to make the drive with Mom on Mother's day. When I went down to the marina and they weren't there I panicked! Found them online and GPS'd myself to locate them and it was SO worth it! The dolmades are amazing and accompanied by so much deliciousness! The food tastes amazing, the portions are generous, the customer service is kind! Tried the coffee for tge first time...iced cardamom...and it was such a treat!!!

The food comes in very generous portions. The Gyro meal with bulgur, rattatouillie, and red lentil soup is a ton of food for the price. One of my favorite places in town.

I have not had an experience at the food truck though I can imagine it would be just as amazing as their coffee location tucked in the corner of The Market grocery at Anacortes. Here I always like to get the cardamom Turkish coffee and a selection of their Turkish delights or baklava. Everything I’ve had has been exceptional! They sell beautiful clothing and knitted dolls made by the owners sister. They all seem talented and really friendly! This is a place I come to every time I visit anacortes 🙂

Exceptional. Easy to arrive and park to enjoy outdoor seating. The man who greated me was charismatic. He made everything I ordered in no time and it was a fair price. The food I ordered was a gyro meal. It came with two sides and a soup-- all were so delicious. The food was full of geat flavors and texture. The soup had a wonderful almost floral after taste. And most importantly to me, it went over well! I ate everything (because I couldn't help not to) and it didn't feel like I ate a ton of bricks. These are quality ingredients. I will definitely return to try other menu items. And feel so thrilled to have such an awesome spot here in town! Lucky us!!!

Tasty but extremely overpriced for the size and not offered a receipt. $20 for the Turkish lamb wrap

Oh no! So the “Turkish style thinly sliced beef” turned out to be three slabs of formed & processed gyro meat, as was the machine perforated pita. The bulgher wheat is made with canned tomatoes & no detectable seasonings other than a little cayenne. The Ratatouille is starchy, also no seasoning detectable. Salad is shredded lettuce and a bit of carrot & onion with small portion of a feta dressing. I had an pretty good short Turkish coffee, included a nice piece of Turkish delight. I ordered two pieces of baklava, factory made and soggy. This all cost $31.59, I added a 15% tip. After trying to order from here all week, the cart has been closing earlier than the 6:pm stated on the sign. I feel like giving the owner two stars because he was very nice. But the food is awful low grade processed and boxed Gyro meat. Takeout being sold for the price of a handmade meal at a restaurant on a creek in the nice part of town. Hard Pass!

The Turkish coffee is AMAZING. We had a wonderful vegetarian meal with all the flavors you would expect from a Turkish-Mediterranean food truck. We left full and happy. The owner Leo was working the food truck and he was gave stellar service. They had some special muffins for their anniversary. Don’t miss this little treasure and definitely sit at the umbrella table instead of driving thru if you have the time.
