I can’t say enough about how wonderful this tour was! Our family came from Indiana for a one shot opportunity…it did not disappoint!! The boat is immaculate and so smooth..our 3 that get motion sick had no problem. There is plenty of space on the boat to be more than comfortable. We don’t usually take advantage of snacks, but the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The captain had a great sense of humor and the naturalist did an amazing job…that was a wonderful bonus!! Their communication before and during the trip is helpful, and follow their suggestions to make your trip preparations and arrivals so easy!

We are so grateful for the wonderful experience we had on this tour. The staff and captain are very welcoming and truly want you to have a great experience, it is evident they love their work. If you are considering whale watching, do it. It is well worth the money and everyone will enjoy it. It is awesome they don’t force you to buy their food and drink and allow you to bring your own. That simple gesture alone was not only kind but it might be the deciding factor in for some to be able to take the tour. We were also able to purchase the photos taken by their awesome photographer/tour guide. We loved this experience. Booking is online and easy to do, clear instructions are emailed to prepare in advance. The only thing I would recommend that they don’t is brining a fly swatter which sounds weird but once you reach a certain point on the water you are visited by flies that don’t scare easily and are quite a nuisance.

We’ve been on a few wild life and whale watching tour and this was hands down the best we’ve ever been on!

The boat was extremely clean, well maintained, and offered a variety of refreshments for the journey. Booking was fast and easy, and their website even tells you how full each tour is so you know when to book.

Our naturalist was incredible and loaded us up with information about the local wildlife and especially the orcas! They presented on monitors during our transit with incredibly detailed information on the species and their behavior.

Most importantly we actually got to see the whales!!! This tour boasts a 95% successful viewing and they’re not kidding!

The only thing greater than the beautiful boat is the amazing crew. Every minute of the trip was perfect, with lush scenery to enjoy and beautiful wildlife every step of the way. The captain was highly skilled and the naturalist was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. They also take photos you can buy to take home as a memento. The galley crew exceeded all expectations, serving up great food with a smile and keeping the boat immaculate the entire trip. Don't go with anyone else, these folks are hands down the goat!!!

Captain Carl and Samantha provided an absolutely amazing whale watching day on the water. Both were pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife of the Salish Sea. I highly recommend their tour. We saw humpbacks and orcas, plus harbor porpoises and of course seals and also bald eagles and many other birds!

Even living in Anacortes, this whale watching experience with island adventures is one of the best things to do in Anacortes. Everything is too notch, starting with the vessel itself. It's efficient, smoothe on the water, CLEAN, with serious big deck energy (plenty of room outside), and warm and shady cabins as well. The best part is the staff. This has to be the friendliest crew on the Salish Sea. I seriously take 6-8 of these trips every year without disappointment. Don't miss this experience!

Everything was perfect! The boat was immaculate and allowed many different viewpoints. The crew was perfection!! I will book with them again and again! Wouldn't even think of going with another company! I wasn't quick enough to get picks of the whales, but we saw a mama orca with 2 calves and a humpback!

Just finished a tour with this wonderful company. Captain Tyson was fun and safe. Sam was a great nature guide and also takes wonderful photographs you can buy (a whole thumb drive full) for just $30. ——Much better than you can do with your iPhone, trust me. Serena was a wonderful first mate. The whole operation was run very well. We were very happy and it made for a wonderful afternoon.
