Need quality improvements.
Fries were soggy in oil, no fresh bread and the steak sandwich was very salty. Snow removal in the side walks was poorly done, huge snow berms right when you step to reach the sidewalk.

It would be nice if we got the right order and they did not throw everything in the bag and crush the sandwiches. We ordered a chicken classic and got the stake, if we wanted stake we would have said stake. Not o ly that but the stake soaked the other sandwich. When you are paying $40 for 2 sandwiches and French fries there is a little bit of a standard. You would expect to get the right food and not have it thrown in the bag. We only went to the airway one because the Cheney location was closing early

I used the drive though on 10/24/24 at around 2:58pm. The customer service at the window was minimal, they did remember to add extra cheese to my sandwich so that’s a plus, however my fries were still raw and so was the chicken in my chicken supreme sandwich. The guy handling my order at the window did not even great me he just asked for a payment typed in my card number and closed the window. I wasn’t given my receipt it was shoved in the bag with my food. The fry sauce lid wasn’t on properly, when I opened the bad my the sauce was all over the bag. My receipt was covered in fry sauce. I think it’s better to ask the customer where we want our receipt. It would also be nice if the fry sauce lids were checked before being placed in the bad and show it be put in the bottom of the bag. I like hot crunchy fries that are fully cooked. Mine were cold not fully cooked and tastes like chemicals. I had to throw them out they tasted so bad. Please do better next time thank you.

We tried the Smash Burger special for 3.99. It was basically a slider. Tasted quite qood, but a very small burger. That's why it gets 3 stars. Nice appetizer!

Great place to eat if you don't expect them to listen to your order I got a sub sandwich club asked for no tomato and ask for it to go I got a club sandwich with tomato on a tray to dine in she completely didn't even listen to any of the order

Sandwich was great, but the employee in the drive through didn't change his gloves after handling money, touching his headset, or the visibly dirty touchscreen, and before handling customers' food. He didn't even take them off until I mentioned it like he knew he was in the wrong.

We ordered 3 things a kid's meal. A steak supreme meal and a burger with a large fry. There were a couple mods on the stake. Supreme, other than that, regular old food.... After waiting for my order and then getting my bag. That was so packed in there. It didn't close and the food was so jam-packed in the bag. It was hard to go through finding out. We didn't have one of the fries so we had to turn around to go back for the fries to have to wait for the fry after pulling everything back out of the bag to prove to the ladies that we were missing the fry. After waiting for another fry to be cooked, receiving it getting home to realize they had even messed app my sandwich order. I had asked for no mayonnaise, and they literally drenched it in mayonnaise. And my boyfriend's burger had no ketchup and was extremely dry. The exact opposite of what we had asked for Literally, I will never go back here again.Which is sad to say because Brucis is one of my favorite places to eat... Thank God There's one in medical leg. Praise the Lord for that. Hopefully They won't drop the ball as bad so far. I've had good luck, so if you like broochies, but hate this location, check that one out!!!

I’ve only used the drive-thru at the Airway Heights location, though my family has been regulars at several locations for the past 20 years. Food is usually good. A few mistakes here & there, chicken missing from a chicken salad or half salad when a full is paid for. Small things like, nothing to raise a fuss about & generally can be chalked up to the inexperienced & ever rotating young crews that typically staff fast food restaurants, but the cost of meals has gone through the roof the last couple of years. While the cost of all things have increased substantially everywhere, paying over $21 tonight for one meal has just pushed Bruchi’s far outside of the realm of affordable fast food. There are sit down restaurants all over the Spokane area with comparable meals several dollars cheaper than that. So long, Bruchi’s. It was good while it lasted.
